Great location, great hosts

We had a wonderful stay! Traveling with two small children the stairs were a bit difficult (but we knew they were going to be there so no surprises), but otherwise we enjoyed all the extras - games, beach toys, smart TV (firestick), plenty of toiletries, etc.

Fantastic location and amenities

We enjoyed our stay at Monkey Sea. Cute house, amenities for convenience like washer/dryer and AC, beautiful beach across the street, and access to the pool at the hotel all made for a great family vacation! The Blue Conch restaurant across the street is convenient and very good! Short drive to Georgetown to the south and Coco Plum, Emerald Bay, and Exuma Point beaches to the north.

Great Location

This was our first visit to Exhuma. We loved the location of this property. It isnt far from the airport and on the northern side of the island. There is a restaurant almost across the street that was very good with great views. The property manager also left suggestions on where to visit and eat that we found helpful. There was also a beach canopy, beach mats, toys, snorkle gear, and floats that were great to have. I would have rated 5 stars but didnt think one of the beds I slept in was the most comfy and the rooms could use some darker curtains for when the sun comes up. We arent typically early risers, but we were during this trip. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
