Mary's home is amazing!! Beautiful and clean and very well equipped with everything needed for a beach vacation. Location is perfect for beach access and local restaurants, bars, and activities. Mary was an amazing communicator and she worked so hard, while out of the country, to attempt to settle an issue with VRBO customer service. I cannot say enough about our stay and how wonderful Mary is. Would definitely stay again!!

The host was amazing and she made check in a breeze. She communicated with us very quickly to help our stay be perfect. We had horrible weather but the balcony was a nice feature to help make the best of our time. The condo was very clean, big, and perfect for our girls weekend! We will go back for a future trip and hopefully we will have good weather to be able to use the outdoor pool because it looked gorgeous! The fireplace was a wonderful bonus.

Very nice stay in Dewey for St. Patty's Day/ opening weekend. Condo was excellent. Extremely clean and well appointed. Location is great and walkable to all the Dewey hot spots. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Would absolutely stay again.

Large spacious condo. There are sound machines but you definitely have the base beat sound until the bar across the street closes so music beating until at 1 am. The street lights beam in the bedroom and living room definitely need better blackout curtains. The elevators had and issue and with make up done for a wedding ended up running up 4 flights of stairs.

Beautiful, clean, and extremely well-located.

I just stayed here with my spouse, kids, and parents and we had a fabulous time. The condo had everything we needed and was clean, bright, and great for a family who wanted to hang out. We made good use of the large balcony and walked to the beach and often lunch or dinner. Drive to Rehoboth was less than 10 minutes if you want to hang out there too. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Condo!

Perfect home away from home!

The owner, Mary was one of the most accommodating people I’ve ever worked with. She treated us like friends, trying to help to make our vacation be the best ever. The condo is beautifully decorated with the most incredible location….looking left to the bay and right to the ocean. If you love live music, you can enjoy it right from your balcony. We loved it!

Beautiful bayview property. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the spacious balcony, and watching the sunset over the bay in the evening. The hosts have thought of everything that would be needed for a comfortable stay, such as throw blankets and sound machines. The gas fireplace was a nice touch for cool mornings, and there are TVs in every bedroom. Decor was nice, and everything was clean and organized. Resort pool was nice and convenient. Restaurant/Bar right next door. Quick walk to beach. We wish we could've stayed longer!

Dewey Beach Condo

We came to Dewey for a friend's birthday party and had a great time. The condo was in a great location, modern and updated, and provided us with all the amenities we needed for our short visit. The owner provided great check-in information and let us know ahead of time that the unit was ready. Overall great weekend in a nice condo!

What a view!

From booking to check out, our host Mary was amazing! She responded quickly to any questions & was extremely accommodating. The view is top notch! You can see the bay & ocean from the deck. The condo is beautiful & decorated nicely. So close to restaurants, bars & shopping. We had a blast! Can’t wait to go back. Would highly recommend this condo.

We had an incredible time at the property. Dewey Beach has been our favorite place to vacation over the past 10 years and this property doesn’t disappoint. With choices between the bay, the beach or even the pool there is a close option for everyone during the day. At night, the Rusty Ruddy next door isn’t our favorite to go to but it was amazing sitting outside on the balcony listening to music each night. We never felt the music was too loud or intrusive. It is an easy walk to the starboard properties or the many Dewey Beach options that we love. Overall it was an amazing property and host. We will be back!

I grew up in DE and spent many weekends in Dewey during my youth.. Once my children were born, we spent our annual summer vacations in Dewey, dreaming of the day we could afford to have a place of our own. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to purchase this condo a few years back and we love sharing it with our guests, who we hope love Dewey and our home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

The condo is in the Residences at Lighthouse Cove, which is in the heart of Dewey Beach. Everything is in walking distance...the beach, the bay (with lots of watersports available), and all the restaurants and bars. I love walking on the beach in the morning and evening...nothing melts your troubles away like the ocean waves.

What makes this property unique

My favorite part is the oversized balcony which overlooks the bay. I can sit there for hours gazing at the bay, the boats and water activities; enjoying the sunsets; talking with family and friends; dancing to the music from the Rusty Rudder or simply reading a book. I don't usually sit still very long but there is something very relaxing about that balcony and the view.
