This stylish 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is located on the beachfront in Playacar, just a 10-minute walk from central Playa del Carmen. Casa Moskito offers an infinite outdoor pool, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, free parking, housekeeping during your stay every third day from monday to saturday and free 150 Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi.

The air-conditioned Casa Moskito features a poolside terrace with sun loungers, a BBQ and a dining area. The lounge has flat-screen cable smart TV, free Netflix and bluetooth speakers, while the kitchen includes washer-dryer, oven, toaster, water cooler, two door fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Casa Moskito is located in Playacar, a private complex with security at the door and guards 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, right in front of the sea and in the back has a golf club, it is very nice and the best place for live in Playa del Carmen, just ten minutes walk from downtown and Fifth Avenue.

Casa Moskito is a 10-minute walk from the Cozumel ferry terminal and Playa del Carmen Bus Station. Playa del Carmen Golf Course is 0.5 miles away.

Lively 5th Avenue and Mamitas Beach Club are a 15-minute walk from the villa, while Xcaret Eco Theme Park is a 15-minute drive away. Tulum and Cancún are both within a 40-minute drive.

The ocean view master bedroom features a king size bed with a walk in closet, and a bathroom with two sinks, a toilet and a double shower.

The second room features a king size bed, a closet, and a bathroom with shower.

Casa Moskito is wonderful - we hope to return!

Our stay was so delightful and everything we wanted. Restful, beautiful, and that VIEW! The house was very well appointed and extremely comfortable with a brand new king size mattress in the primary. Jorge was helpful and responsive, and we hope to return again soon.

We consider this our home in Playa. I don't know exactly how many times we've stayed here, at least five times.We love the location, right on the beach and close to town. The owners are very responsive as is the property manager, Jorge.We will be back!

I think this was our 3rd or 4th stay. Super location, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Jorge makes a great host. Only issue was the sargassum on the beach but certainly not anything our hosts could have done. We'll be back.

The home description is accurate, Jorge the house manager was AMAZING! He helped set up bikes, groceries, and massages. The house was a great location being able to walk to shopping/restaurants. The pool was great! You don't get any shade until around noon under the back patio, I wish there was more comfortable seating, maybe some cushions for the patio furniture. The beds were comfortable, lots of comfortable pillows in the house. We will come back!

Great place for two parents and four teens. Easy walk to PDC. Excellent support from concierge (Jorge). As noted in other reviews, the beach has eroded in front of the house. Bad for access, but good for privacy. We would gladly return!

We have been coming to Playa for over 10 years and have always wanted to stay at Casa Moskito. Fantastic location coupled with a great property. The property manager Jorge is very communicative and makes the stay easy. The transfers from the airport were on time and easy to find once leaving the airport. I trust the powers that be, will address the issues associated with the beach but that will not prevent us from returning. Don't even think about staying here, book it!!

Perfection! Fabiola and Adrian were such a bonus and we loved everything they made. Teresa was very thorough and nice. The kids loved the pool. Comfy beds and pillows and I’m picky about pillows so that was great. We really would love to come back…..it was hard to leave.

Beautiful Relaxing Location

We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs around the world and this one was the closest we've ever stayed near the actual ocean, e.g., the tide normally comes within 25' feet of the infinity pool. The property location is also only a ten minute walk from the ferry terminal and Quinta Avenida, which is where pretty much everything happens here nearby. The house was perfect for a family size of 4-6. Jorge, our host was kind of enough to coordinate for our groceries, a massage and for a personal chef-cooked meal for our Thanksgiving (Chef Moti did a wonderful job of customizing and preparing our selected Mexican dish). We would definitely come back to this property again in the future.

5 Stars! Great location and property! Exactly as advertised. Very clean and not too much wear and tear. View was spectacular. Swimming was fantastic. Easy walk to 5th Ave. shops and dining. Jorge was a great host. Highly recommend Chef Edgar Ramirez (IG:@cheframirezedgar) who cooked 2 amazing meals for our group. Would book again.
