This 5 BR/2.5BA traditional family-friendly beach house with convenient in-town location and off-street parking has been updated throughout with new flooring, paint, and furnishings. Available for rent for the first time. Enjoy everything Rehoboth has to offer: the beach and boardwalk, restaurants and shops, bike trails and pickleball.
**Please note we don't take pets and we don't provide bed/bath linens. Each bed will have a mattress pad, bedspread, and pillows.
**We do require 7-night minimums (Saturday check in/check out ) for the period Saturday June 14 - Saturday August 16.

Hi. We're Sean and Jen, empty nesters who just bought this beach house in Rehoboth where we've been vacationing for decades. We purchased the house in late 2023 and have renovated it. This year is our first year renting it out, so we're new to VRBO. Our friends Rich Barnett and his partner Michael, who live in Rehoboth just a few minutes away, are helping us as the hosts/property managers for the house. They're who you'll be in touch with regarding your reservation, check in, and any other issues during your stay.
