The Space:

Welcome to our beautifully updated Ratatouille-themed kitchen! Thoughtfully redesigned with charming new décor, stainless steel appliances, and elegant countertops, this space is both stylish and functional. You’ll find all the cookware, utensils, and tableware needed to prepare and enjoy meals with ease.

After an exciting day at the parks, relax in our spacious and inviting living room. Featuring two cozy armchairs, a pull-out sofa, and a 65” Smart TV with popular streaming apps like Disney+ and Netflix, it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing night in.



The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king-sized bed and premium mattress designed for restful sleep. Enjoy the convenience of a private ensuite bathroom featuring a stylish marquee-lit mirror and a luxurious walk-in glass shower. Soft blue tones and tasteful décor create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.



Bedroom #2 is a stylish and comfortable space featuring a plush queen-sized bed, convenient nightstand, and TV area perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Vibrant blue accents and elegant artwork give this room a unique and inviting charm.



Bedroom #3 is inspired by the beloved movie Monsters, Inc., creating a playful and colorful space kids will love. The room includes a sturdy wooden bunk bed with two twin beds, making it ideal for siblings or friends sharing a room. Fun details throughout make this a memorable and cozy place for little ones to relax, play, and sleep.



For added convenience, the home also includes a washer and dryer, along with a complimentary detergent pods to make laundry simple during your stay.



Guests will also enjoy access to all the fantastic Windsor Hills amenities, including complimentary entry to the exciting water park. It’s the perfect destination for a fun, comfortable, and memorable getaway!

The Neighborhood:

- The scenery is beautiful, the locals are welcoming. There is plenty to do and plenty to see. The area features playgrounds for children, a water park, and numerous sports fields. Simply driving around and discovering the area is a fantastic way to experience the community.



Other Things to Note:

•This apartment provides smart TVs which allow guests to stream video content during their stay. Examples include Netflix and Disney plus.

However, Many of these services require subscriptions NOT provided by the condo. Guests sign in using their OWN Netflix accounts with their own passwords and email addresses.

Guests are responsible for logging out of their accounts.



•All guests at Windsor Hills must obtain wristbands before using the community pool, hot tub and water park. Wristbands are free to guests staying in the community and should be worn the length of your stay. To get wristbands, just stop by the Welcome Center at the Clubhouse. Give the staff your name (or name of guest who booked the home) and the address of the home. 



• Windsor Hills allows a maximum of 3 vehicles per home, so please plan accordingly. All guests must be registered prior to arrival in order to access the community. The host must receive the names of anyone who will be driving during the stay, as unregistered drivers will not be permitted entry.



•There is no early check-in or late check-out allowed, unless it has been discussed and approved by the host IN ADVANCE. This policy is in place to ensure that the cleaning schedules can be properly maintained.
