Cute and Comfy 3 bedroom home

The house is located in the quiet
neighborhood of Sandalwood. Great location if you're visiting Jacksonville families, for fun or work.
Located 7mins to UNF, 10 mins to Mayo Clinic, 18 mins to Mayport Naval Base. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Our 3 bedrooms are furnished with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds and rollaway guest bed.
The kitchen is equipped with cookware to cook simple meals and kuerig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.
Make yourself at home once you arrive, we have high speed internet to connect nost of your devices. While cable tv is not included, we do have Roku TV's with app's like Netflix and
more. Feel free to use this services with your own login and enjoy!

Great house - very comfy

We enjoyed this property. It was very clean, lots of nice little extras (like spices, for example), great location (convenient to UNF & downtown), comfortable beds, and plenty of towels. We would stay here again if in the area. Thanks!

Great property.

My family and I had a great stay at the property for the weekend. The property was very easy to find It was at the beginning of a neighborhood which was great. Nice and clean when we arrived had lots of little extras snacks a few drinks, some toiletry items. We had 6 adults for our stay had plenty of room for everyone, and a nice size living and dining area. We'll definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

Lovely home

The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The house had a very homey feel. Plenty of amenities. It was very neat and clean. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again if available.

Charming Home

This home was very nice. We Loved the lay-out. Beds were comfortable and nice. Loved the hugh televisions in each bedroom! The back screened in patio, and the pond were nice surprises! We would love to stay here again!
