Newly renovated 3-bedroom, 1 bath home has the style and charm to relax and unwind. The house is set back on a corner lot with a yard and ample off street parking for up to 5 cars. With central air conditioning inside and patio outside, you will find comfort at this cozy mid-island retreat.

Bedrooms consist of one queen bed, one full bed, and two twin beds.

Kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and white tile backsplash.

Living room includes a 50” smart TV capable of all your personal streaming app needs.

There is a washer and dryer located in the basement.

Beach chairs and cooler are located in the garage.

The neighborhood is quiet with quick access to the main road or close by golf course. It is 10 minutes from the beach area and downtown Newport! It’s close enough to be convenient to everything but not bothered by any.

The newly renovated everything! This house was recently completely renovated in 2023. With hardwoods floors, quartz counters and stainless steel appliances, the house is the perfect place to relax.
