Great get away

Perfect spot for our end of summer weekend get away! Owner is very responsive! Loved that we could rent our boat right from Bernard’s Landing. Napoli was a new fabulous find restaurant for us at SML and so convenient!

Nice place. Check in process a little problematic. Owner helped. Property manager was hard to reach. Would stay again still. Nice amenities.

The check-in instructions were sent to you as soon as you made the reservation. Everything you needed to know was on there. The address where to check-in, the times, late check-in instructions, boat information - renting or storing, and even a number to call the day before check-in in case you had any last minute questions or concerns, you did not call. This information is still on your message thread with the time and date stamp. I sent those instructions to you on July 26th, as soon as you booked. You didn't reach out again until the day of check in, Aug 7th at 5:05pm and didn't know what do to. I responded within 40 minutes on VRBO and I sent a direct text to you as well. VRBO sometimes does not let me know about an inquiry right away. You have to read the check-in instructions that are sent to you when you book. I'm sorry you feel that I was not helpful. However, all information was provided to you. Vicki
