Perfect for two people!

Great location for bicycle access to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. Quiet residential neighborhood. Close to many dining options. Everything in the unit is brand new. Very comfortable!

Incredible value, close to gorgeous beaches!

What an incredible value. This clean home is niched within easy access amongst the greatest beaches, shopping and Naples 80 Golf Courses! Very cozy and within tropical in nature setting, this home has all the modern amenities and qualities that exceed the standards of the Ritz Carlton which is just a few blocks away! Great and well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances e.g 2-zone wine cooler, induction cooktop. I will definitely return and stay longer next time around.

Just what we wanted!

Very clean, well furnished and comfortable. The owner was very attentive and helpful. We had our two dogs with us and the space was very well set up for them . There is a fenced in yard with beautiful trees and shrubbery. There is an induction cooktop so you may need induction ready utensils if they are not provided.. Naples beach does not allow dogs but Ft Myers does and its a short drive.

Naples Park get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at your Naples Park duplex. It suited our vacation need perfectly with a quiet location, interesting patio garden, and comfortable interior. We prepared most of our meals in the efficient kitchen and enjoyed the cozy layout. The central location was advantageous to explore many of the area beaches including Bonita, Vanderbilt, and Naples all minutes away. We visited, the Naples Pier, Naples Zoo, Marco Island, and Everglade City. A personal highlight was the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, an Audubon facility, and the Ten Thousand Island boat tour in Everglade National Park out of Everglade City, both within 25 miles of our stay. The owner was friendly and helpful. We used his bicycles often in the quiet neighborhood. We found nice places to eat and shop within walking distance of his property. A GPS is a handy tool in navigating the busy streets and highways. Traffic is an issue during March as everyone there knows. Plan your routes before you head out. I will recommend this property to my friends and anyone looking for reasonably priced home base in a central location in South West Florida.

We were grateful for finding this

My wife & I do a lot of traveling in our RV now that we’re both retired, recently after traversing Alligators Alley and taking in the sights we found ourselves at an RV garage on the Naples side with a failed water pump. A quick search in the internet led to a call to Joseph who picked us up and delivered us to his “Very Private Getaway” one bedroom flat. Our RV repair was complete the next day but we decided to stay three more days and enjoy all his beautiful place had to offer. We visited the beach several times on bicycle (without having to find RV parking) and stretched out in the spacious living room and outdoor patio. We travel with our two Yorkshire Terriers, and finding places that accept pets is almost impossible. Joseph’s Very private Getaway Suite was also the perfect place for travelers with pets, with plenty of safely enclosed open area for them to run around. We took complete advantage of the full sized Kitchen and laundry area, even washing our RV linens (at Joseph’s suggestion) Once back on board our RV, we knew if we had to have a breakdown, we were in the right place, thanks to Joseph and his wonderful Very private Getaway apartment. Thank you so much for your gracious and economical hospitality!

Fantastic stay for my needs.

The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable for my working trip. It is wonderful that Joseph allows dogs to stay too. Conveniently located and well kept. Had a little trouble getting responses from with owner initially, but when close to arrival date, he was in constant communication. Thank you very much, Joseph for making our trip a smooth one!

If you are a non smoker and do not enjoy ants 🐜 in your kitchen look elsewhere. We coulld not get pass the smoke smell or the fact that we could not use the kitchen facilities. Also the owner controls the air flow with a pre-programmed Nest . It was kind if creepy

Renter be Aware

This property is located in a residential area and off the beaten path. Neighbors include family with couches in front yard etc, while some are tidier. Rented bikes(bikes are “shared”, but we rented because we wanted to make sure we had them if needed) but ended up not using them because of some safety concerns on our part and the fact that the unit is some distance from the beaches and there are not scenic bike paths but rather you bike thru neighborhoods/ busy roads to get there. The unit itself is basic. Well decorated with nice kitchen but garbage disposal odor. Bed is a Murphy bed even though and not a standard bed. Nice shower. Nice patio but no bbq like the online pictures show . The “shared bikes” and bbq behind fence and not accessible from our unit. Make sure your read the description of the unit you are renting and not the surrounding beaches.

We spend 5 days at the property with our 1.5 year old son. We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. During our stay, I slept on both the pullout couch and bed. They were both were comfortable.

A wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Joseph's home in Naples. Joseph is so quick on email, it is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the welcome package is very comprehensive - as an organized person, I really appreciated this We also had the opportunity to meet him when we arrived and this was great, made us feel at home and put a friendly face to our email communication. The home has a nice private yard and the street is quiet. Location is excellent. The inside is also very modern and well kept. We were impressed with how clean and tidy the inside was. It was immaculate. Our young son spends alot of time moving around on the floor and it was spotless. My parents were staying in a hotel and they came to check out the place and were also impressed. We would welcome another stay with Joseph! Thank you!

Perfect short term rental!

I am a traveling physical therapist, and Joseph's property was perfect for my 15 week stay in Naples. The modern appliances took a bit of studying for me, but were very easy to use after a quick look at the instructions (the manuals are in a drawer in the kitchen). It had everything I needed and more, from linens to cookware to a grill. The unit provided plenty of space. My mom came to visit during my stay, and she slept very soundly and comfortably on the sofa bed. I LOVED being so close to the beach!!! Joseph was a great host, and he was easily accessible whenever I had questions about the unit or Naples in general. His property was also one of the few I came across that allowed pets, which is a necessity for me!

Bare bones, good location

Good location, under-equipped kitchen for anyone who cooks, institutional decor. Other reviewers have mentioned thrower does not refund security deposit... This appears to be true. It's been two months, and no refund. We cleaned and we left our purchases--kitchen knives (duh?) and beach accessories for families--neatly stowed for future use by the owners' next customers. We won't be staying here again. Zero customer service from the owner... Didn't check in once. Apparently he simply wants to steal your deposit.

Charming home in ideal location

My husband, two dogs and I had a splendid time at this home. The yard is cozy and tropical. Perfect for relaxing and a great space for the dogs to play. The home itself is very comfortable with all brand new, top of the line appliances and plumbing fixtures throughout. We cooked a lot of meals and loved the induction stove top. The location is ideal to explore the region and is within walking distance of stores and local restaraunts. The home is located on a nice loop with little traffic. The neighbors are friendly and stopped to talk while we were walking the dogs. The owner was very pleasant and good at communicating any details we needed to know. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Schöner Bungalow mit neuer Einrichtung

Die Woche in der Wohnung war sehr schön und es gab alles, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist noch ganz neu. Bis zum nächsten Strand ist es nicht weit und auch verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe. Ein schöner Urlaub.
