Our villa is located in Florida just off Highway 27 with Interstate 4 at one end - East to West Coasts - giving access to the Gulf Coast, Daytona Beach, Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. At the other end of 27 is the 192 which takes you to the Kissimmee/Orlando areas, 15 minutes from the Disney attractions and a few minutes further you will find Sea World, Universal Studios & International Drive with the famous 'Belz' Center. Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes away from us & also within an hour or less are the Sanford & Tampa Airports.

Also in the area are MGM Studios, Islands of Adventure and Citywalk at Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Downtown Disney, Legoland and Busch Gardens.

Lovely private ranch style (no stairs) home, built in 2007 located on a dead end street in a extremely quiet and safe setting overlooking a conservation park area, just minutes away from golf courses, Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Retail Stores, Spas and shopping outlets.

You will not find a more private setting in Calabay Parc than this house. The best part is for families with children. There is a big, quiet, safe and private playground next to the house. The house is kept in immaculate condition. Calabay Parc is ideally situated on US27 approximately five minutes north of Interstate 4 and five minutes south of US192. Stores and Supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away. We are fifteen minutes from Disney, twenty five minutes from Universal Studios and thirty five minutes from Orlando International Airport.

There are many restaurants, supermarkets and smaller grocery stores and a pharmacy only minutes away including those at Berry Town Center and Ridge-View Plaza.

The nearest gas station is approximately one mile south, just past Ridge-View Plaza.

Posner Park, about 5 miles south of Calabay Parc is also rapidly expanding with a good selection of large stores and food outlets.

We are surrounded by some of Florida's finest golf courses, including Champions Gate, Falcon's Fire, Mystic Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes etc.

The Heart of Florida hospital, with its emergency dept is approximately 10 minutes south of Calabay Parc.

House comes with a fully 20X24X10 L-shaped screened in ground pool (pool heat is available for a small additional fee of $25/night, covered lanai area and a game room set up in the garage for your pleasure with pool table, foosball and ping pong table.

There is a patio table and 6 chairs with umbrella and 2 lounge chairs plus additional chairs by the pool for you to enjoy the sun on this south facing property.

This home comes with four bedrooms. There are two master suites and two kids rooms. The two master bedrooms have king size beds, ample closet space, dressers, flat screen TV's with DVD and private full bathrooms (one bath has shower as well as a large soaking tub and the other bath a shower only). Kid bedrooms have two twin beds each, TV's with DVD and VCR players and games plus are fully decorated in Disney themes. The girls room also comes with a slide out mattress under one bed allowing for 3 people to sleep in this room. The 3rd full bathroom (with tub) is located in hallway between the kids bedrooms.

The living room and separate den rooms are both equipped with flat sceen TV's, DVD's and feature all reclining leather sofas and chairs for your ultimate comfort.

Kitchen comes fully equipped with all amenities needed for your vacation stay including dishwasher, toaster, blender for drinks, toaster, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all cookware/utensils needed.

Dining room table will seat eight people comfortable (table has leaf extensions). There is also a breakfast counter with 3 bar stools in the kitchen area for your convenience.

There are pool toys and games available for children in the garage and master bedroom walk in closet.
