Nice stay

The unit was in very nice shape, was very clean and was very adequately supplied. Sara was very nice and helpful! I had my 14 year old son and his friend with me for a couple of days of fishing and we had a great time!

Wonderful marina condo

Contemporary, nicely appointed top floor condo.(There is good elevator) We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the boats. The host was very helpful & great with communication. The tv was easy to use. Couch & bed were very comfortable. Every spotless clean. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo was exactly as pictured, incredibly clean, well maintained, and very welcoming. The views of the Gulf were beautiful, and a lot of time was spent on the screened-in balcony enjoying morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. There were some stormy days during the visit, but I was still able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view while staying dry.The location was incredibly convenient, very close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, trails, and groceries. The parking is right next to the building, with easy access to the elevator if needed. Getting up to the condo was no trick at all, and I often opted to take the stairs since they are right by the condo entrance as well. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take advantage of the free water taxi and use of the beaches and restaurant on Palm Island, but what a great perk to have access to this! The host was so thoughtful and welcoming, and very quick to reply to any questions. She made sure the check-in and check-out instructions were foolproof, but still made sure I could get in touch easily with questions on the process if needed. She thought of everything, and even left personal touches throughout the condo to ensure I had everything needed.I would definitely recommend staying here, and would happily return on my next visit. The condo, location, and host were all outstanding!
