High end in-law suite, 850 square feet. Furnished with antiques, original oil paintings, king size bed, real stone quartzsite counter, designer down filled couch, flat screen, etc. In upscale neighborhood 150 yards from Tulane. Seven blocks from street car and grocery store. Very secure with cameras and behind 7 foot fence with locked gate. This home is in the back yard of a larger house so its quiet. No shared walls. Has two front doors but this is not a double. Nice, large yard. Quiet block on 1228 Pine St, New Orleans. Mix of single family and college homes on block with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Large front home has a small family. This is a nice clean place. No pets and no smoking inside but smoke whatever you want outside. Street parking. Washer & dryer. All wood floors.
