• The thoughtfully appointed covered back deck offers a variety of seating with steps down to a backyard swing.
• A Tesla charger is available along the side of the house for guest use.

Please note that the driveway is shared. Parking for a maximum of 3 cars is available in front of the house and behind the house on the designated parking pads. Parking on the right side of the driveway next to the house should be for using the electric car charger or for a brief period to unload.

• The main floor offers a primary bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• The upper level offers two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and connected by a spacious jack-and-style bathroom with two vanities and a walk-in shower.

Please Note: This home does NOT allow pets. The owner asks that guests take off their shoes before entering the house. There is an extendable leaf for the dining table (stored in the King bedroom closet) to accommodate 8-10 people.
