• Convenient, main floor powder room and laundry room with stackable washer and dryer.
• Upstairs, enjoy a comfortable seating area overlooking the main floor and beautiful tree-top views.
• The thoughtfully appointed, covered back deck offers a variety of seating with steps down to a backyard swing.
• A Tesla charger is available along the side of the house for guest use. Please note: the driveway is shared so parking is available in front of the house and behind the house on the designated parking pads. Parking on the right side of the driveway next to the house should be for using the electric car charger or for a brief period to unload. Please let us know if a 3rd car would need to park in the driveway during your stay.

• The upper level offers two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and connected by a spacious jack-and-style bathroom with two vanities and a walk-in shower.
• A separate suite, accessed from the covered back deck, offers a king-size bed, kitchenette (sink, mini-fridge, and microwave), and bathroom with bathtub and shower combination.
