SUMMIT VILLAGE - GREAT LOCATION - UPDATED 3 BEDROOM; 5 BEDS; 3 1/2 BATHS

A well planned 2 year renovation upgrade is COMPLETE. Vinyl plank flooring throughout, updated bathrooms with granite counters, and modern faucets, painted/updated bathroom and kitchen cabinets, new air conditioning/heating, washer & dryer, bedding and mattresses, Top shelf outdoor patio furniture. Our 1980's built condo retains it's rustic theme with new, modern upgrades and amenities!!!
We are located in Summit Village, the perfect location with restaurants and bars within a "stone's throw". Lake View Lodge is 100 yards away with restaurant, bar, indoor/outdoor pool ( passes included), fitness center ( charge). The condo has all the amenities with full kitchen with percolator and/or instant coffee, dining room, leather furniture, 3 outdoor decks, sauna, jacuzzi tub, WiFi, smart, cable TV. The condo overlooks Legends Golf Course.
BEDROOMS - 2 DOWNSTAIRS - ONE WITH 2 QUEENS, 1 WITH ONE QUEEN AND ONE DOUBLE. UPSTAIRS LOFT - ONE KING BED. For larger groups, we also have two rollaway beds with bedding.
Also included are passes for the Private Beach Club, a beautiful waterfront location to relax and enjoy the lake.
