Problematic property

Large area of mold was evident behind the toilet on the wall. I sent several images to and spoke with the property management group. Sheets were stained. Shower was not clean and had rusty water stains with mold on the front base at floor. Doors and frames were stained and chipped. No spa or whirlpool as stated in amenities. Definitely not what we were expecting and conveyed this to the property manager and VRBO supervisor. We locked up the property and had to find a hotel several miles away-not what we wanted for our vacation. Property manager and VRBO stated we would be receiving a full refund-we are still waiting one week later. Very disappointed!
