Everything was perfect. One thing I would mention is the rug by kitchen sink had curled edges that tripping, but solved the problem by putting the rug in the office out of the way. Other than that it couldn't be cleaner. And the host was easy to converse with. Will be going back.

Our overall stay at this getaway was excellent! Love the views of the Lake, but disappointed that we could not walk down to the beach because of over growth. The house was great! Lots of room to move around! Kitchen perfect, but could have used more cookware. Love the area. Went to several wineries and loved GOTL!! Will definately be back.

Beautiful views

The house has a beautiful view of Lake Erie. Comfortable mattresses and stocked kitchen. Does seem slightly run down. The outdoor area has a spider issue and we wish it was cleaned up prior to stay. Otherwise it was nice for a quick weekend.

Beautiful lakeside property

Beautiful property - the lakeside is spectacular. The deck is large and really perfect overlooking the lake. The common spaces are perfect - large with lots of seating. Only drawback is that the 3rd bedroom is so small compared to the other 2. Putting 2 adults into a pullout (a trundle bed) and luggage was very tight.

Lake Erie Grandeur.

Wonderful stay in a stunning home with an absolutely fab location on the banks for our Great Lake Erie. Expansive wall of windows /deck provides views of the lake from every aspect of the main living quarters. Tons of privacy for family of adults, teens and tweens when you need a quiet moment. Close to “the strip” for entertainment and eats at Eddies! So enjoyed our time there.... wonderful to start and end our day together on the deck enjoying the view 😊🌼♥️

The location and the house itself is nice, but it definitely needs some TLC…The walk to the water has a steep incline (difficult for older people). The picnic table, located closer to the water, had weeds growing up through, and around it. One of the rockers on the main deck was broken, as was the table umbrella. There was, (what appeared to be) two different blink cameras aimed toward the sitting area…Didn’t like the idea of being watched while lounging on the deck. Cell service was spotty in the house (had several calls drop), and was unable to watch any of the TV’s (kept getting various messages, (such as needing a passcode, or no signal). Contacted Mark, who was very quick to answer, and told him the issues that we were having. He suggested that we unplug the TV and plug it back in, which we did. We were still unable to utilize the TV’s. Had the same issue with the fireplace in the master. It wouldn’t work. Mark had batteries delivered (hoping that was the issue), but the batteries arrived after we’d already gone to bed for the night, and our trip was over the next morning. I was asked for my feedback, so it only seems fair that I give it. By nature, I am an optimistic person, but my takeaway regarding the property, it feels uncared for in the way that some of the furniture is really worn, the deck isn’t treated, and neither is the outdoor furniture…Maybe less time should be spent on renting out the property and more time repairing and cleaning it…

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you found the location beautiful and appreciated our responsiveness during your stay. I also appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback regarding the outdoor areas, TVs, fireplace, and overall condition of the property. We understand how frustrating it can be when amenities don't function as expected, especially during a short stay, and we'll review your comments carefully with our team. Guest feedback like yours helps us identify areas where improvements and maintenance are needed. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

The perfect weekend away!

My friends and I wanted a weekend away after all of our husband's took a trip earlier this year. After some discussions and a quick search, we had a feeling this house would be the perfect place for us! The photos gave a great feel of what the house would be like, and when we arrived it didn't disappoint. We soaked in ALL the lake views and truly loved how convenient it was to everything. Cameron was also incredibly helpful with his suggestions and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you're looking for a relaxing trip right on the lake.

The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. You feel as though you are sitting on a boat when in the nautical themed living area. Beautiful large deck for viewing the amazing sunrise and sunsets. It was a pleasure to stay at this property.
