Located on beach block, this 3 bedroom condo has all the amenities. Just steps from the beach this place can be your perfect vacation home.

Large fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar with stools. Spacious living area equipped with flat screen TV and DVD player.
Master suite has king-size bed with private balcony and bathroom. Queen-size bed and a trundle in 2nd bedroom and a Queen bed in 3rd bedroom. Hallway bathroom is shared by these 2 bedrooms.
- We suggest you bring beach towels and bedsheets and Pillow covers. We do not provide linens. Please bring bedsheets, pillowcases and towels.


Take Jolly Trolley to Rehoboth Beach 2 miles north, for amazing restaurants and boutique shops. Located opposite Rusty Rudders.

Guests will have an access to free WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, free reserved parking spots, cable TV etc.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put the thermostat at 74.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please take away all the trash and put it in the trash containers outside the condos. Turn off all the lights and turn the temperature to 75.
Please do not put towels and clothes on the railings of balconies. The homeowners association does not allow it and can fine for violating the rule.
Please bring all the bedding including bedsheets/pillowcases, for 1 king, 1 Queen and 2 twin beds. Also bring towels.

Perfect location and very clean

This condo was in a perfect location with a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen was very nice and everything was in working order. Very nice balcony off of the living room and master BR. Host was wonderful and answered all questions in a very timely manner.

Great location!!

Great location. Steps from the beach. Beds were stained up but that’s what mattress protectors are for. A lot of flies hanging around outside that found there way in.

Perfect Spot - very clean

We stayed here for a family wedding that was being held at the Lighthouse which was right across the street, On the strip it was great to people watch but even better less than 1 block from the beach. The place was clean - bring your own bed sheets and towels - and was the perfect spot for 5 of us. The owner was available for questions. Highly recommend.
