The condo was perfect for our family reunion. The communication was great and the place was everything we needed. Plenty of room and spots for gathering to hang out. Thanks again!!
Entry to condo was hard. Rugs and floors dirty.back yard not mowed or maintained. Back porch filthy. Outside grill dirty and rusty. No extra blankets for beds. Water heater broke and had to leave the front door open for 2 days while we were gone attending family events. Food left in the refrigerator from prior guests. Most of the screens were damaged so it was a choice to be cool or deal with mosquitoes. Some washcloths were not washed after purchasing as they had blk dye running from them in the shower.
Check-in was smooth. Host sent us a code and everything was ready for us. Kitchen facilities and laundry were functional. This was old military housing built in 1987 (That's above the median year of homes built in Fairbanks). So, the trim and remodel is nice, but the place still shows it's age. Host was great.
