Welcome to our Coligny Charm villa, located in The Breakers, a highly desirable beachfront property in the heart of Coligny Beach. You are only steps away from the BEACH, outdoor pool, shops, dining, and grocery store - park your car and leave it! Spend the day playing in the sun and sand then walk across the street to Coligny Plaza - home to the beloved Piggly Wiggly grocery store and 60+ shops, restaurants and entertainment. Bike rentals are also nearby.

THE SPACE
The condo features a fully-stocked kitchen, one bedroom with queen-sized bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Enjoy some time relaxing on the covered balcony. This condo is perfect for those who want to be steps away from the beach, pool, restaurants and shops. STR permit: #072824

The Breakers condos are cozy at 520 sq feet, but everything you need for a fun, relaxing vacation is here for you. The space will accommodate 2 adults or a family of 4 comfortably.

Bedroom: 1 queen bed, high quality bedding (down alternative all-weather duvet). 32-inch smart TV and separate closet space to store your things. Compact ironing board and iron in closet. One outlet has USB ports for convenience.

Bathroom: Large tiled, walk-in shower, sink, and 10x makeup mirror with plenty of cabinet storage for your belongings. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided.

Kitchen: This is one of the largest kitchens you'll find at the Breakers!! Full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, full-sized electric stove and oven, Cuisinart toaster and Keurig coffee machine. Cookware, bakeware, food storage containers, plates, cups and utensils provided. Ample seating at the counter for four people.

Living room: Sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, 58-inch smart TV and Wi-Fi. Large sliding Pella door allows for a cool breeze and sounds of the ocean. Central heating and air-conditioning.

Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, small cooler, and wagon ready to easily transport all your beach goodies. Other amenities include an iron, compact ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided. Washer/dryer available in the unit.

Easy access to the beach by boardwalk located in the complex! The villa was very clean upon our arrival and the hosts made the check in process very simple! The hosts are very helpful and respond quickly to any questions you may have!

Joy and Jill's condo was the perfect place for my stay! Everything is so nicely designed and updated. I think this is the perfect location to walk to nearby dining, shops, and entertainment - and of course the beach. They provide thorough details in advance of check-in and made my visit so easy. I hope to return for another stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Coligny Charm! While our unit didn’t have a beach view, the location more than made up for it. The pool and beach access were great, and everything we needed—shops, restaurants, and activities—was within easy walking distance.Our host was fantastic with communication and made everything seamless. The condo was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with helpful items and a welcoming touch that made us feel right at home.We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hosts with excellent accommodations.

Joy and Jill provided a very cozy condo with plenty of accommodations to make you feel like you are home away from home. The access to the beach and shopping were also wonderful. We were very pleased with our stay along with the consistent communication with the hosts to ensure our stay is to our satisfaction!

Overall our stay was great. We did have a some feedback about the cleanliness of the space (a company does the cleaning) and communicated that with the host. The hosts were gracious and kind in their reply, remedied the situation for us, and included a plan for how the cleaning issues will be addressed moving forward (switching cleaning companies). The location was great, the pool was very nice, and easy access to the beach. Parking was available even during a busy season and the security guards were all very kind. We did use both the pull out mattress and the bed. The pull out was pretty comfortable (for a couch bed). It seemed to be an upgraded memory foam mattress. I will say my husband who is heavier would not have had a great time on it (he just used the full bed instead) but for me and our child it was just fine.

Bed was uncomfortable. Sofa bed had metal supports you could FEEL all night. No place to put your clothes, cabinets FILLED with pillows. Luggage stand but nowhere to put it. Decorated beautifully. Nice location. Maybe good for 2 people
