This clean and spacious four bedroom, three bathroom house (3,100 square feet) is located directly on the Homosassa river, offers beautiful views, and is the perfect destination for families that are seeking a fun but upscale vacation experience. The cleaning services strictly follow CDC guidelines. The new owners have completely renovated this gorgeous home and hope that it will provide its guests a very comfortable and relaxing vacation while offering the very best that Homosassa has to offer. Guests can use the owners' three kayaks and paddle board to journey through the Homosassa River and visit Monkey Island, Crumps, the Freezer (which are all within 1/3 mile) and many other jewels of Homosassa.

Eric and Kim are awesome. House needs a little tlc but an awesome house. Fantastic location and amazing hosts! Our girls trip was so special and everyone could spread out and find their own corner at the end of the day.

Had a wonderful stay over Easter weekend with my family. Just what I was looking for. The views were amazing of the river just as described. Beds were comfortable and I loved enjoying an afternoon nap on the swing bed that’s on the screened patio. Hope to come back again!

Our group of seven adults just returned from our 10th annual scalloping trip, and hands down, this home was everyone's favorite vacation home since we began our tradition! Our host, Eric, was quick to answer any questions we had prior to our stay. He reassured us that the river depth on approach and at the dock shouldn't be an issue. Even with the negative tides, our 30 foot boat was just fine and had ample room for dockage. Kimberly, the property manager, greeted us upon arrival. (Very nice to meet her and have any questions we had answered.) The home is beautifully appointed, very clean, and has a great layout! Everyone agreed the beds were comfy, and we liked how open and spacious it was. The kitchen was open and well stocked. The built-in fridge was large enough to accommodate multiple bags of ice. Downstairs, we enjoyed playing pool in the evenings. We also enjoyed the swing and view from the balcony. Another huge plus for us was that the driveway was large enough to accommodate 3 fullsize trucks, 1 SUV, 1 car and a boat trailer.Thank you, Eric, for extending your home to us, and thank you, Kimberly, for welcoming us! We truly enjoyed our stay and will look forward to our return! :)

Eric’s place was spectacular! Exactly as described. Views are awesome. Property manager Kimberly was very expedient in answering text messages. We have a boat available to us so we did not get a chance to utilize the kayaks but there are 2- 2 person and a single kayak. The boat house is a big perk. We enjoyed the firepit & burned the available wood but Kimberly had more delivered the next day. Jacuzzi was awesome for a nightly soak & large enough for 7. We enjoyed both the ping pong and pool table. Eric has been very easy to reach to answer all questions. We do plan on returning!

Our family of 10 really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home! We saw manatees and dolphins right off the dock. Kayaks and paddleboards were a plus ! Would definitely stay here again !!

Riverfront fun

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to spread out for our group. The kayaks were fun and we enjoyed watching all the boats go by. Hope to be back soon!

homassasa trip

The property was lovely, We rented a boat and went out to the gulf and down to the springs. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub as well.

Waterfront

Had the best time at this property. It has everything you need when you are away from home. My favorite features of this property were the swing bed in the screened in porch, jacuzzi and of course the location. I would highly recommend this property.
