Le Grand Chene is a recently renovated holiday home with a large swimming pool and beautiful views of the 4ha gardens. Guests can benefit from a patio and an outdoor fireplace. The holiday gîte also features free WiFi, free private parking and includes bed linen and towels.

Our lovely gîte has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with garden views. The tiled floors, fireplace and peaceful vibe add to the ambiance of the room. The property has an outdoor dining area.

For those times when you'd rather not dine out, you can choose to cook on the barbecue.

Guests at Le Grand Chêne can enjoy activities in and around Eymet and Duras, such as cycling, fishing and hiking. Outdoor play equipment is also available for guests on request.

A wonderful break from travels

Deciding to take a break from our van travel through France, we found this wonderful Gîte with exactly what we needed to recharge from our travels. Le Grand Chene is set in beautiful tranquil grounds, surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields. Emmanuel and James were lovely, welcoming and shared their local knowledge which only enhanced our visit. They made us feel really welcome without being intrusive. We fell in love with the gorgeous peaceful setting, large grounds and wonderful walks, which the dogs loved! the surrounding roads are also very quiet and made for some very scenic cycles. The accommodation is very comfortable, spotless, and well appointed. The pool was perfect for cooling off from the heat. Its location means you don’t need to drive too far to visit the very lovely towns of Duras and Eymet. We and the dogs would definitely want to come back and would not have any hesitations in recommending. Thank you Emmanuel and James (and Max!).
