The owner was very accommodating and responded immediately to any of our concerns. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a good size unit in a quiet community, but close to the beach/water and other various attractions.

The Host was very welcoming and a pleasure to work with. The house was fantastic. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and appliances that my family needed for a full week's stay. I love sitting on the Lanai enjoying the weather. Plenty of activities near the condo always less than a 20 minute drive. I will definitely revisit on a girls trip this next time. Plenty of space for everyone. Thank you Ida we enjoyed our stay

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ida’s condo. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly set up for a family. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and the extra thoughtful touches made such a difference, especially the additional items in the cabinets that saved us when we forgot a few things of our own.Ida was an incredible host. Her communication was clear, kind, and she was amazingly flexible and accommodating, which took so much stress out of our trip. The pool and amenities were fantastic and well-kept, and the entire community felt very safe, quiet, and peaceful, yet still incredibly convenient to everything we needed.This was one of those stays where you can tell the host truly cares about the experience of their guests. Great Family Vacation Condo!!!

We enjoyed our stay with our teenage Granddaughters in this beautiful beachy condo!!! The layout was perfect & roomy for all of us. It was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the beach, pool & gym. The refreshing pool & gym are just a short walk away. The condo was centrally located to our other family, shopping & dinning. Our Granddaughters can’t wait for us to return & stay at this condo again!!! Ida was very helpful with any questions we had & is a great Host!!! Thank you Ida for a perfect vacation!!!

A perfect getaway in Vero Beach!

Our stay at Ida's home in Vero Beach was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting.The location was ideal since we were visiting for our son's baseball training camp. We were a 15-minute ride away from the complex. And also about 15 minutes to the beach.Ida went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience and was quick to respond to any questions. Her attention to detail made our stay even more special.We can’t recommend this place highly enough! If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and truly relaxing getaway in Vero Beach, this is the perfect spot. We will absolutely be back! Ida's beach house was simply amazing. The perfect getaway from the winter cold.

The perfect fit for a little business and pleasure

This location was absolutely PERFECT in EVERY way for our recent visit. We needed to be in town for the week for my son's baseball camp. I needed the ability to work on my laptop, conduct meetings, and complete assignments. The location was about 15 mins away from my son's training camp and it provided us a strong/steady WIFI signal to support my needs for work while also supporting other family members streaming online. When my son's camp concluded, he was able to join us for the weekend where we were able to travel 12 mins in the other direction to South Beach (Vero Beach). The owner was incredible and quick to respond to any question I had, regardless of the topic. Unit needs or local activities, she responded. Additionally, the unit had everything I could think of AND didn't think of! Besides available apps on the smart TV's in the home, she had a HOST of board games which allowed for some great laughs and competition. It was truly like a home away from home...with the additional benefit of easy access to the beach. It's also tucked away, so there was plenty of privacy and quiet! My only complaint was how quickly time had passed. I would most certainly recommed this location for anyone looking for a stress free stay with easy access to a NON-CROWDED beach!

I am a retired educator from Rochester, NY. I purchased this condo in August prior to retiring. I love Florida and fell in love with Vero Beach with its small coastal town feel. I am 10-12 minutes away from beaches, shopping and restaurants on the water. You’ll find the neighboring towns of Fort Pierce and Sebastian have nice beaches and restaurants as well. There is a pool, fitness center and tennis courts at the entrance available for a small fee. Let me know and I’ll make a phone call.
