We stayed here as a quick overnight trip for events in the area. We really enjoyed the property, reading through the guestbook, and the local pizza place La Figata.

A cozy, private, stand-alone apartment located on the owner's thoughtfully landscaped parcel of land. The king-size bed upstairs is comfortable with a lovely view of a pristine meadow full of wildlife. Good quality Adirondack chairs outside for a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the landscape as the sun sets.Abigail's Restaurant, a Northwest Connecticut institution, is about 20 minutes south on the 202. There is great hiking in the area: Hartland and Granville are nearby.

Wonderful Place to Stay

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and it was wonderful! Very clean and just as described. There was lots of room and it was just what we were looking for. We would definitely book again!

It was a great place to stay. Beautiful accommodation with pristine furnishings in a lovely setting. Convenient location for our purposes. Very quiet and peaceful. While we didn't need to get in touch with our host, she was readily available. We hope to stay here again.

We had a relaxing time spending two nights here. While staying we ran into an issue that require the hostess assistant. She replied instantly and came over quickly to help us out. I highly recommend this place.

This was the lerfect little escape for a nice quiet Valentines Day without kids and distractions. Took advanyltage of the local farms and shops for some snacks while we were there. The rental has everything you could need and more. The decor and live plants were a nice touch. We were plesantly suprised at how perfect this worked out for us. We had beautiful views of the property covered in snow and will definitely be back in the spring or fall to take advantage of walking all the trails.
