Our stay was simply wonderful! The property offered a quiet, peaceful environment with a beautiful view of the lake. We especially enjoyed fishing from the covered dock, and there was plenty of room for all ten people in our group to relax comfortably inside the house. Everything was clean, well maintained, and inviting. It’s the perfect place to get away for a few days, unwind, and enjoy some quality time together. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place but listing is a bit misleading. Dock lights are broken, no swing on dock and no Blackstone. These were all selling points for me, so I was disappointed. The house is nice, clean and comfortable but the outdoor spaces are not.

Amazing lake getaway

This place was amazing!! The house was very clean, it was quiet, the views are fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and we had plenty of parking. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to stay on the lake.

Wonderful place to stay. The house was beautiful, the view of the lake was amazing and we did some fishing off the dock which was a blast. Larry was so kind and a great communicator. Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic views and great family fun

My sister and I rented Sunset Cove for a month. Weekends were full of family visits and lake fun. Perfect location to launch boat and tube. Weekday we enjoyed a quiet time on the dock waiting for the sunset. Accommodations fit our needs perfectly. Owner always available for any questions.

Lakehouse with gorgeous view

We enjoyed Lake Livingston from the beautiful home on the lake. Loved all the outdoor spaces to relax. Took some awesome sunset photos from the kayak. Had all we needed to prepare meals & we’re very comfortable at the house. Master shower was extremely nice. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this property! Became great friends with Larry the owner. The neighbors were all so sweet to our not so little family. We got invited to fireworks on the 4th. Definitely recommend this property. It fit our family of 7 perfectly! Along with my mom and brother.

Gorgeous Clean Lake House

We really enjoyed our stay with our two dogs. Beautiful views of the lake, fished off the dock (caught 5 fish) gated neighborhood which is peaceful and quiet. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you'll need, gas grill was nice quality too. It was just me and my wife but plenty of spacious room for many guests with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. Book it, you'll love it!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house itself is high quality, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. The amenities were excellent, with the highlight being access to the private dock, which made our stay even more special.The neighbors were welcoming and incredibly friendly—they didn’t seem to mind our young kids constantly biking around, which made us feel even more at ease. Communication with the owner was smooth and effortless; they were responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.Overall, this was a perfect getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Livingston lake house

Loved the secure location, quiet neighborhood, easy access to boat ramp and lake. Plenty of room and privacy for our family vacation. House beautifully decorated, kitchen well stocked with pots,pans,etc. Will plan to stay here again maybe in the fall. Maybe add an outside cleaning table for fish. We caught over 40 catfish!!!

PROS: The house had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and bake. The covered porches were a bonus, especially when it rained. The water was waist to chest deep for a good way out & we really liked the sandy bottom, no hard rocks or rough surfaces beneath your feet! Location was great, we enjoyed being in a cove and the neighborhood was nice. Appreciate that the property was pet friendly with a fenced area.CONS: 4 star rating due to linens/bed sheets covered in dog hair. Linens did not appear to be laundered or not laundered well by the amount of visible dog hair. Linens in master bedroom were visibly worn with big tears in comforter. I notified the management team of the linen issue - they did offer to send someone out for a “refresh” but by that point we were already settled in, tired, and ready to nap so we declined as it was too late and we just dealt with it. The covered balcony/porch could’ve also been cleaned up/swept a little with spiderwebs removed and table cleaned, etc. It appeared that no one had touched it in a while. One of the chairs to the outside table was broken/very worn. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay & would stay here again! A little improvement on the overall cleanliness but still a great find. We were also thrilled my sister was able to rent the sister property next-door. It was great to have two houses side-by-side to accommodate everyone and everyone have their own room!

Amazing place!!

This lake house is pure luxury! It has everything you could possibly need and want. We had 10 guests of all ages. You can swim all day by the dock. It is absolute heaven! And we loved the fence around the backyard for the safety of the toddlers. You can enjoy your coffee on either porch deck with gorgeous views of the lake. The sunsets are truly breathtaking. The interior has so much space and the bedrooms are first class. The kitchen has plenty of space for everyone to cook together. The owner is so nice and has thought of everything! We will definitely be back to enjoy this vacation place again.

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer

We had a fantastic stay. The house was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Not a lot of kitsch like some lakefront rentals. The kitchen was fully stocked and the linens were really nice too. My boyfriend, who always wakes up with a backache when we stay in hotels, said the mattress was great. We both slept great for once!We mostly stayed upstairs because of the view. We had our coffee in the morning enjoying the cool breeze off the water on the deck watching the variety of waterfowl come and go. In the evening we had cocktails on the deck. After dark the underwater lights under the boat dock come on and that attracts the fish. We would watch them swim in and out of the light. We had such a good time. We will definitely return!

I strongly recommend this place... beautiful beautiful beautiful and a great host to help you just a call away if there is any help reqired. I wish there were portable fans in the other bedrooms as well. When we checked in to the property, we were surprised as inside of the property some parts were not the same shown in the pictures. To avoid any space battle.. we had to arrange for our own Air mattress and stuff as it was diffret to what we saw while making a booking for 3 nights fpr a big group. However the kind owner arrived next morning to take care of some issues and he quickly updated the pictures of the property on the portal, to avoid any future confusion. He is the Beat host ever and we all have a great respect for Larry the owner of the property. The Taps in the sinks run a bit too slow and it doent say which one is cold and which one is Hot water. Each time I ran both the taps in the sink, both kept running cold water for a long time ao i gave up
