Your reservation included three separate apartments with three fully equipped kitchens, and we continually evaluate our inventory to ensure guests have the supplies they need. We have also shared your comments regarding cleanliness with our housekeeping team. For future guests, the hallway you referenced is a shared community space with access to the laundry facilities and is not part of the private apartments themselves. A shared patio and fire pit area are available for guests' use, although outdoor spaces are communal rather than exclusive to any one reservation. Hand soap is provided in each bathroom, and the apartments are served by four separate air-conditioning units. We wish we had been made aware of any concerns during your stay, as our cleaning team was on site and we would have been happy to address any issues promptly.
