Villa Flamingo is a beautiful pool house with 3 BR, 2 BA and big, electrically heated, private pool, 2 car-garage in South Venice.

Beautiful house with a spacious pool area and a private backyard. The 1558 sqft living space hosts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with TV and dining area, 1 living room with additional seating area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen - all under air condition. High-speed WLAN is accessible for free. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser. The coffee machine, juicer, toaster, flatware, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses – all you need in a kitchen! The pool is electrically heated and the pool area is caged. In the 2 car garage, you find the beach equipment as well as 4 bikes (use at own risk).

The pool heat is optional and will be charged with USD 100.00 per week plus 13% taxes with a pool heater setting to 86°F. Please let us know if you want the pool heated with your booking so we can make sure to have it heated upon your arrival.

We felt very welcome from the get go!… Tucked in to a quiet neighborhood it was an oasis of calm. Our dogs had a great fenced in area to romp in….. and lots of deck shade to enjoy watching us swim….. the house had a great layout… lots of space to be together…. but the split bedrooms gave us privacy too. Short drive to Manasota beach….. bikes if we wanted to use them… We really enjoyed just hanging out at Villa Flamingo… We are looking forward to returning next year.
