Your Santa Barbara adventure begins at this 1-bedroom apartment. This Romantic Cozy, Clean, Secluded and Serene space offers Private Entrance, Patio, BBQ, Free Washer & Dryer, A/C, WiFi, Hair Dryer and Hair Iron, small, but fully equipped kitchen, & free Coffee.

The apartment is located in the ground floor and has 2 beds: The apartment size is perfect for a couple, but it can accommodate up 4 four people to make the cost of the stay very affordable. The private bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, and in the living room/kitchen area there is a Queen Size Sofa Futon.

The property is located in a very secluded death end road, and the unit is in a separate building at the end of the property. Free and assigned parking for one vehicle in our private driveway is included.

Excellent location close to shopping malls, restaurants, 101 Freeway and 154 Highway, bike/walking paths, only 10 minute drive to downtown or UCSB, and only 25-30 minutes drive to Wine Country, and Chumash Casino, and the town of Solvang the sun-soaked slice of Danish culture in the Santa Ynez Valley.

Perfect weekend to Santa Barbara / Goleta

After the Vrbo check in issue got resolved by the host, we enjoyed the Mermaid for two nights while visiting our son at UCSB. Host went above and beyond to fulfill our needs while staying at the Mermaid. The location is in the middle of SB and Goleta.

The property was fine for a place to sleep at night. I would not recommend it for more than 2 people. The odor inside the property was awful. A mix of fumes from the garage, mildew, and cat urine. The dogs lunging at the fence line anytime you walked by was also a nuisance. I did not spend much time there, only slept at the property at night.
