There are two, separate living rooms- one upstairs, one downstairs, both with TVs and wood-burning fireplaces. The property is fully furnished with brand new mattresses and linens, fully stocked kitchen plus all the gear you will need for an ideal vacation -- beach chairs, lawn games, pool floats, board games, kids stuff, access to our kayak, bicycles, and more.
