We had a great time at Sonya's place! The house had everything we needed, and was in a convenient location for hiking in the mountains. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
The check in was super easy, host was very prompt in responding to questions prior to my stay, and provided pdf instructions since there is no cell service when you get close to the property. The location was fantastic, river running on the other side of the street, a restaurant 5 minutes away by foot. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary (and then some) tools, as well as some pantry staples like coffee, flour, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Thank you Jenna, I am happy that your stay was a positive experience. You were great guests, leaving the house in good order when you left. I would welcome the opportunity to host you and your friends/family any time. I hope you had a chance to enjoy the superbly awesome ski conditions at Sugarloaf, and not to mention viewing of the solar eclipse in its marvelous totality! Sonya
Thank you for opening your home to us. We really enjoyed coming back to the valley.

Can't say enough good things about our experience. The place is tucked into a tough place but the owner gave specific and clear instructions making arriving in the dark a breeze. The place was suited perfectly for our group of friends who love to cook and eat and play games together but then retire to private and comfortable quarters at night. Quick and easy trip up to the mountain made for the exact getaway we needed.
Definitely a diamond in the rough for a fair price. Book yours today just not when I want it again ;)

Great house
Sonya's house was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and odds and ends needed to prepare meals including cooking oil and spices. There is a big screen TV with dish and netflix. The house is conveniently located about 10 minutes from Sugarloaf. The beds and furniture were comfortable and clean.

Wish we could have stayed longer.
I stayed at this home the weekend of 5/20/17 to participate in the Sugarloaf Marathon. It was perfectly located along the marathon route. More importantly the bed(s) was very comfortable and afforded a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was the most equipped of any home I have rented. The house was clean and well-appointed. Great location, very close to Sugarloaf and not too far to Rangeley Lakes. Owner was very accommodating and allowed me to extend my checkout time so I could enjoy a post-run shower. It was just my wife and I, but the home could have easily accommodated 6 quests.

Awesome Home Ten Minutes to the Mountain
Sonya's Place near Sugarloaf was a great spot to have an awesome ski weekend! It had the size and amenities to comfortably fit 8 people (mostly couples), plus more than enough parking for the group. It was a quick 10ish minute drive to the mountain which is a straight shot on the main road. There is a also restaurant a two minute walk away, and a bowling alley a two minute drive away. We did get a little lost trying to find the home as access to the road is a little confusing (it's behind a giant restaurant parking lot) and we had no cell service to search for right place. Be sure to download a map and directions beforehand!
Overall a really great place!
