One of the remaining original Sullivans’s Island beach homes on ½ acre lot with many original features throughout. It is located just 2 short blocks walk to the beach access path. The home features an open floor plan on the main floor with common living room and dining area. Dining room table seats 8 comfortably. Large kitchen has a dining table (seats 4) and includes a full-size portable dishwasher. Front screen porch is spacious with outdoor seating and dining. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on the main floor and another 2 bedrooms (connecting), 2 sitting rooms, and 1 full bathroom on the lower level. Main entry to the lower level living areas is outside via a stairway located on the screen porch.
Ample parking is available in large rear yard off Middle Street. Please do not park on the cement walkway on Ion Avenue. If parking on the street on Ion, the wheels must be off the pavement or police will issue a ticket. We highly recommend parking in the large rear yard off Middle Street, you can enter through the upper screen porch door (off Middle Street).
