In the midst of where eagles fly, Nellies boasts scenic farm and mountain views in every direction. This farmhouse vacation rental offers a truly relaxing escape in an unforgettable setting. With 3 bedrooms, including a king, queen, full, and two twin beds, everyone will have a comfortable night's sleep. The beautifully decorated bathroom features a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The newly renovated kitchen is well equipped for cooking while maintaining its historic charm. There is plenty of meal seating for the whole family with bar stools, a kitchen nook with a view and an adjacent, spacious dining room table overlooking the property's pond. Guests will enjoy outdoor front and back porches with breathtaking farm views. Local photography adorns the walls throughout the house. I have traveled quite a bit and this house by far was the cleanest I have stayed in addition to the spectacular Mountain Views you can’t beat for the price! The owners thought of everything from updating the house to furnishing and windows overlooking the property. It was so peaceful and a great weekend to just relax and re-set!

My wife and I stayed after riding the Potomac Eagle. Perfect place for our little getaway. Clean house. Nice porch and updated kitchen. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub but it looked nice! Great communication!

What a lovely home!!! This remodeled farmhouse is fabulous!! Cozy and inviting, with modern upgrades and every convenience. If you’re coming to Romney for a train ride or other function, you can’t find a better location. So peaceful. We loved it!! The beds are beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom is gorgeous!! Rustic charm meets luxury. We stayed here the night before a ride on the Potomac Eagle Scenic Train and it was perfect. The architecture is very charming and the tasteful updates, specifically the expansive bathroom, really added a sense of luxury to the experience. The place was incredibly clean and welcoming. If we ever find ourselves looking for a place to stay near Romney again, we will definitely be back!
