We loved the porch that overlooked the beautiful creek and woodlands. We were a little taken by surprise that a GUESTMUST contact the HOST, if one needs to switch the thermostat between HEAT and COOL. The thermostat is controlled by the host, so if one is not aware that it is impossible to change between HEAT and AC, you could freeze or roast. Dusty very dusty blinds and lampsBeing your own firewood if you want a fire
Great cabin, great outdoor space right on stream , access to washer and dryer, good directions, only had a bit of trouble finding the key box behind the column on porch.
Bearidise is a very quaint and cozy cabin with great porches overlooking the river. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and accommodating. It’s located very close to the John C. Campbell School which was great since I had a week long class. We found good restaurants nearby and enjoyed our evenings dining out and sitting on the porch. Definitely would visit again.
