* Living area features a couch, an accent chair, a 50 inch Roku tv, and a desk. Near the kitchen area there is also a dining table.
*Stacked washer and dryer in the unit (no need to share with strangers, yay!).
*Full kitchen with full-sized fridge, electric glass-top stove with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a toaster, and coffee maker (or Keurig), and starter supplies.
* Bathroom includes a shower, and some storage, with a starter kit of supplies.
*Shared fenced landscaped yard and patio
*Gated off-street designated parking.
*The property is fully fenced, however the gate at the front of the property, in front of the parking lot, has metal rods that small pets can easily slip between, even when the gate is closed.
*Pets should be no larger than 20 lbs, be well-behaved, and trained to use the outdoor facilities only (litter box for cats okay). Guests should also be trained to pick up after their pets and dispose of pet waste in designated can.
