3 bedrooms/ 5 queen beds / 3 full baths Deerbrook townhome in a private, wooded setting with direct access to walking trails and the White Mountain National Forest.

Large family room with cozy wood stove and eat-in kitchen with granite counters and expansive deck for warm weather entertaining with a fire pit, couch and table.

Fully finished walk out basement with private hot tub, therapeutic sauna, washer/dryer, shuttle off and a second family room space with a 4th bed and bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay. Perfect place for family and friends to cook and share meals, watch movies, play games, and adventure in the snow. We loved that downhill skiing and cross country skiing were within 10 to 15 minutes. Restaurants for takeout or sit down meals and grocery stores were nearby too. Thank you!

We had such an amazing weekend! The location of the house had the perfect fall backdrop. The house was so spacious and had such rustic charm! After relaxing in the hot tub, we loved sitting in the living room by the wood stove! This house had everything we needed for our fall getaway including a gas fireplace on the deck which we enjoyed each evening!

House was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Coming together in the main floor for meals and then time to enjoy the hot tub, sauna, shuffleboard and back deck as we pleased. Being able to sit and watch the snowfall through the large windows with the woodburning stove going was the perfect day. Christine was always very timely in responding. Would definitley look to go back!!

We planned this trip with our 3 grown children and there significant others. We wanted to start a tradition that we do a week vacation every year together, This location exceeded our expectations. The location was so close to everything we wanted to do. We were able to be comfortable and have some privacy for each couple. We were able to cook all our meals with ease and enjoy the beautiful deck, jacuzzi and sauna.

Lovely weekend away in North Conway

Had such a lovely stay! One thing to consider is 2 queen beds are I. Loft set up which can dampen night activity! Luckily, we are quiet puzzlers so the kids slept and we had a lovely time with the puzzle selection there. Hot tub was great beds were comfortable and they were super responsive with questions!

Christmas vacation

The home was just what we needed to enjoy our Christmas stay in the mountains. The view was was gorgeous, plenty of space. Nice and cozy great location and Christine was great with communication. When we come back to North Conway we would love to stay at this home again. Everything was perfect!

Couldn't be better!!!

Our place exceeded our already high expectations! Everything was wonderfully clean, and our property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend the home, and I commend the property manager, Christine, with providing my friends and me with the perfect place to celebrate our birthdays!

Feb ski vacation

Great house for 2 families of 4. The basement area was perfect for the kids and the three main bedrooms worked well for us. The house was well stocked and clean when we arrived. Christine was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The location was perfect for us as well, close to Attitash, Cranmore and downtown North Conway.

Upon arrival, the bed sheets did not appear to have been changed and had gravel and hair on them, so we had to wash all the linens ourselves.There was also a maintenance issue where using the shower on the second floor caused water to leak through the kitchen ceiling below. In addition, the fireplace exhaust pipe seems to be clogged, as smoke entered the living area when we attempted to use the fireplace.The listing was advertised as a 4-bedroom house; however, the fourth “bedroom” is actually an open loft with beds, not a separate enclosed bedroom as shown in the photos, which was misleading.Lastly, the hot tub did not appear to be properly maintained. The water was cloudy, there was dirty foam buildup along the walls, and the water did not heat to a comfortable temperature, making it unusable during our stay.

This review is not true. The sheets were clean and all of the same sheets were on the bed. They used the fireplace with no problem because my cleaner cleaned the ash after their stay. The hot tub gets serviced weekly to maintain the best quality. There was no leak from the second floor bathroom. Overall, they didn’t follow house rules. They had a party with too many people, which I received complaints for because they were loud after 10pm from the neighbors. Parking is limited to two cars and most time they have several in front of the house. The house was dirty and lots of garbage from the party that my cleaner had to spend extra time to clean. It’s unfortunate to give a bad review when it’s not accurate. And of course after all the partying they asked for a late check out which I gave.

Close to Everything, Quiet, Relaxing

Nice Townhouse in a nice private setting. House was very quiet, super clean & close to everything in the area. Cathedral ledge & Echo lake are right down the street & first bridge (Swimming, Tubing, kayaking) is just a short ride away. Plenty of golf in the area.Our Grandchildren 6 & 8 loved the Hot Tub & Table shuffleboard (Some serious competition)Only negative would be No AC, it was an exceptionally hot week in North Conway & while many fans were provided, they simply could not handle the oppressive heat.Would not hesitate to rent again, just hopefully not when it is so hot.Christine is a excellent host & very responsive to communication.

Perfect Stay for a Magical Winter Getaway!!

Our recent stay at Christine's townhome was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, with every amenity we could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. The owner’s communication was outstanding—prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.The location was ideal, especially for our winter adventures. It provided easy access to our sleigh ride and Santa's Village visit, which made our trip truly magical. The hot tub was clutch, offering the perfect way to relax in the crisp winter air after a day full of activities.This was a special getaway for us, and the townhome couldn’t have been better suited to our needs.
