We come every year and this is the favorite place we have stayed! The bed was comfortable, that is hard to find in GL. Great location!

We really like the condo. Great location on grand Avenue. Parking was easy. We were close to all the things we wanted to do. Bed was comfortable. Washer and dryer were useful for us. They had fireworks while we were there and we could see them from our deck, which was a neat thing.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Grand Lake! The place was spotlessly clean, perfectly centrally located and the owner was fantastic to work with—super responsive and accommodating. Everything we needed for a relaxing Colorado getaway. We’d definitely book again!

Awesome location within walking distance to everything including the waterfront. Everything felt very roomy considering it was just a studio. Full-size appliances allowed us to cook dinner and eat on the patio. Access to a rooftop was also a plus for entertaining. Washer and dryer a great plus as well. Great communication would come back again.

This place is fantastic! It’s rare that a rental lives up to the pictures/descriptions but this one definitely does. Even though it’s a studio it didn’t feel cramped at all. Kitchen was very well done and had more than enough to cook meals while there. The balcony was great! We also loved being able to walk out the door and be on the boardwalk. Bathroom was roomy and so well done. Overall one of the best places we have stayed!

Great location. Very clean and updated unit. I also appreciated the security with door codes. The owner was super responsive to questions. I would recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

Had a great stay at Ian's place. You can't get more convenient to downtown. Everything is within walking distance. We only stayed one night, unfortunately, but didn't need to drive anywhere for restaurants, shops, or access to the lake, which was a good thing since we were there on a weekend in the middle of summer and parking was at a premium. The unit itself was clean and well appointed and we made use of the washer and dryer after the previous few days of hiking in RMNP. It met all our needs in Grand Lake and would definitely stay again.

My family and I, including our young kids, enjoyed our stay. It was super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, like extra linens and cooking essentials. The location was great, right in town and close to the lake. We would love to stay again.
