A very quiet location conveniently located near Fred Meyer, Safeway, and the airport. It was a couple of blocks from the expressway that connects you to Fairbanks and beyond.

This room was very convenient, and met our needs for an overnight stay. This room is in the lower level of a large house, and has its own separate entrance. It is a 5 minute drive from the Fairbanks airport, and there is a grocery store right next door. The room and bathroom are clean. It is an older home, and the room has a dorm size fridge, a microwave, a hot water kettle and a keurig. For one night, this was a good place to stay.

I really liked this room, especially the fact that there is no TV ( do I'd 't realize that from the ad); less noise was good. I especially enjoyed sitting in the back yard enjoying the midnight sun at midnight, and the fact that they also provided a customer washer and dryer as part of the room. Good value.

Good price for a room in a very convenient location. Just a few minute walk through back fence into a Fred Meyer, Clothes, groceries (Kroger), home miscellaneous items. Three stores in one. Walk to eats. Also available there is a municipal bus stop. Excellent bus system. No need for a car. Several routes. Cheap to free. Went everywhere for a few days. Friendly hosts. Only complaint, picture shows front of home, not the entrance to the rental rooms. Would stay again. Great area to visit.

Very charming. Bed was comfortable, shower nice and hot. Parking was right next to the building (we were on a Harley) and it was very quiet. Something we really appreciate. There is a good selections of teas and a hot water machine, however no coffee. Our host was right on top of communication and made this stay very easy for us. Bravo!
