Great week away at this Beach House!

House was in great condition and as described. Kids had a great time in the fenced-in yard, on the spacious deck, and in the multiple family rooms. Easy and quick walk to the beautiful beach (beach also had a wonderful playground). Great stay!

Great place for a family

The house was perfect. Open for everyone to hang out together but with plenty of space. Location was perfect for kids with the beach, restaurants, and entertainment right nearby. Host very responsive. I highly recommend this for a family vacation.

A perfect spot

We had a great week at the cape. The home and location are perfect for young children. We walked to the beach by day and mini golfed at night. Lots of good dining options and of course ice cream close by. A perfect spot!

House was clean, spacious and comfortable and an easy walk to the beach.Guests should realize that all bedrooms are upstairs accessible by steep set of stairs. This was a problem in that my wife has a disability. A hose out back would have good to clean off the table and deck.

Great place all around!

We have rented many places on the Cape over the years, and this place is at the top of the list. This rental is in a very quiet location, yet close to everything - a 5 min walk to the action on main street OR the beach! The owners were thoughtful to leave restaurant & activity recommendations, as well as beach gear for our kids. Relax on the huge back deck or in the rocking chairs out front- outdoor shower too.... We had a great time and will be back!

We had very nice stay . House is in great neighborhood , very quiet street . Morning coffee on front porch to start your day and great deck on the back for afternoon relaxation . Very clean and tastefully decorated . Everything that we expected from this Cape Cod cottage was there and more

Great property and location

Excellent property located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were 10 people for 4 of our 7 days and had plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of TV’s for all. Very nice large deck in back with plenty of seating and a gas fire pit to enjoy at night. The beach was perfect for our young grandchildren. Owners were good to deal with. Highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation 2021

Where do I start? This home was beyond our expectation, according to my family it was “wicked awesome” It was beautifully decorated and meticulous. Melissa was amazing to deal with and gave me her cell number to call if we had any issues, which of course we never did . Melissa even left us a gourmet gift basket when I told her that it was our 50 th anniversary of coming to vacation on the Cape. Wish we never had to leave! Thank you soo much for everything you did in your home so others can feel so at home .

Incredible Yarmouth Home!!

I probably should not give such a glowing review as this will make it harder to book this house next year! Location was perfect, walk to beach and food. The house was immaculate with a generous sized back deck. The garage to store your beach stuff was key!! Loved it!

The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Great location, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to restaurants/activities. Loved the outdoor shower and bbq. Spacious for 9 people and smart TVs really came in handy with the kids! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a family with young children. Close to 2 different types of beaches, and a 1/2 mile from 28, a main thoroughfare. Owner was responsive to both questions and unusual situations. Cape is nice in September, but some places do shut down or reduce hours.

Great vacation home for the whole family!

We rented this beautiful Cape for a week for our adult children and our grandson. We all had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The home is beautifully decorated and is well maintained. There is a bright sun room in back where my husband watched TV and I read. Sunny large granite kitchen. Newer Trex deck & new grill where we cooked and entertained with the family. Just a 5 minute walk to Palmer River beach. Or you can take your vehicle and park for free. We had great weather too! The homeowners are super sweet! :)) We will be returning next year!

Great Stay in South Yarmouth!!

Spent a week of vacation at this home that wrapped up on August 12th. We had a fantastic time! The house is beautiful and the location is ideal. A 5 minute walk to the ocean/beach and a really good seafood restaurant on the water (Skippers). I can't say enough good things about Melissa the owner. She was fantastic to deal with. Very responsive to requests and questions. We were celebrating my wife's 40th birthday during our stay and Melissa had a card and bottle of Prosecco waiting for her when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property not only because of the home itself, but because of Melissa. :) Paul C.

Location, location, location!

We had the pleasure of staying in this house during a long weekend. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and clean! The front porch and back deck are amazing. A short walk to the beach makes this the perfect vacation home ~

Our names are Melissa and Dave. We were both raised in Massachusetts. Growing up, we each spent our summers vacationing on Cape Cod, and once we met and got married, we knew a beach house would be in our future.

Cape Cod has always held a special place in our hearts, and no matter where life has taken us, it continues to feel like home.

We now have a young son, and traveling as a family is an important part of our lives. Renting out our Cape home to other families during the summer allows us to explore new places together while sharing this special spot with others looking to make their own memories

Why they chose this property

We chose this home because of its unbeatable location. We’ve spent many summer days and nights on the Yarmouth beaches, so when we saw this house, we knew it was the perfect fit. We love being just a short walk to the beach, close to Skipper Chowder House, and having the convenience of parking the car and simply walking everywhere we want to be.

What makes this property unique

We absolutely love the layout and privacy of our home. Summer days are best spent relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs or enjoying the spacious back deck surrounded by our very private backyard. Inside, the open layout is perfect for cooking, playing games, entertaining, and making lasting memories together.
