Open and airy yet charming and cozy, a convenient location, close walk to beach, boardwalk & shopping. 1st Floor, 3 BR, 2 BA, expansive living area, well equipped kitchen, eat-in dining room, comfortable front porch, garage parking for two cars, Enclosed Hot Shower stall outside by side exit, some bicycles available for use in the garage.
Also, in the garage are 6 beach chairs available for your use during your stay.
Living room is open and airy with queen size pull out sofa and love seat - great for entertaining. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and family sized dining table that seats 8.
Large closets in all 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has queen size bed, private full bathroom with shower and door out to back desk with chairs. 2nd Bedroom has queen size bed with work desk and sliding doors out to back deck with seating. 3rd Bedroom has 2 twin beds - great for kids and guests. Full bath in hallway with tub and shower.
Smart streaming TV's in living room and master bedroom. High speed Wifi internet provided. 6 Beach tags are also included with your rental. Enclosed outside shower - great for washing off after the beach.
Large covered porch for relaxing and entertaining. You will love hanging with friends and family on our swinging glider sofa. Outside table for 8 for all day/eve dining on the porch.

In 2001 our property was rebuilt and newly renovated to become a year round vacation home. Today, we still enjoy fun family times in Ocean City NJ, both on and off season.
