The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
House must be completly picked up. No trash, Outside furniture returned to its orginal space. Towels on floor in basement.
Key needs to be returned to lock box or leaf tray inside
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Recycle all plastic bottles, cans, cardboard. NO parties or events. Registered Guests ONLY damage to property, you will forfeit your security deposit
There is a $50 charge for early check in and late check out time. There is a $50 charge per person per night for greater than 8 people.
Air and Heat is on schedule. If you would like adjustments, we'd be happy to do it remotely.

The heart of the home is the charming farmhouse kitchen, which opens seamlessly into the living and dining areas. Whether you're cooking, watching the game, or chatting with loved ones, you’ll always feel connected. Mornings are a delight as the French doors let in soft natural light, offering serene views to enjoy with your coffee or tea.

On cooler evenings, curl up by the cozy fireplace and let the warmth and comfort wrap around you. Step out onto the upper deck to take in stunning views of the lake and wooded yard—watch the fish jump, the boats drift by, and feel the world slow down. Two kayaks & life jackets are available for your use.

Downstairs, the covered porch offers both dining and lounge areas, perfect for gathering with family or simply soaking in the calm. End your day around the fire pit on the patio, surrounded by the stillness of nature and the soft crackle of the flames.
