For our purposes, this worked great. We were riding our bikes along the empire state trail from Buffalo to New York. We stayed here two days at the beginning of the trip to prepare for the ride and then one day at the end of the trip before we went home. Clean and comfortable, seems to be a safe and quiet neighborhood, close everything we needed it to be close to. My only criticism would be that the description does not mention that it’s a second floor unit over an apartment below. Clean space, friendly helpful host. There is no parking at the property but we had no issues with finding street parking close. Stayed for a Bills game about a 30 uber ride to the stadium which isn’t bad. House is older but it’s just fine for what it is. Would stay again.

Lovely stay

Upstairs, 3 bedroom apartment. Simple furnishings, but meets all required needs. Close to food options. Only drawback is you can not park at the rental, but parking is available close.

3 Bedroom Apt in Buffalo

Owner was very responsive & helpful. Property was easy to locate and access. No issues at all. Older building with nice updates, furnished in a manner to accentuate building's age & style. Only downside was no coffee pot, previous guest had left instant coffee and it was easy to boil water in a pan. We were only there overnight but there was plenty of room for 4 persons, extra towels & blankets. Beds were comfortable. All in all, nice place to stay.

Said it was a house, it’s an apartment. The people living downstairs murdered a goat in the backyard and cut its head off while laughing at us. apartment was dirty and dusty, floors were sticky.

Getting the keys started off as a struggle from the key box. Upon entering found food in the refrigerator and stains on the beds and sheets. Found bugs crawling in the living room. Bathroom door was very difficult to shut and all doors were loud, creaky floors. Not 5 minutes from downtown as advertised, closer to 15. Not 15 from Niagara Falls, more like 30.
