About this property

Adorable Beach Bungalow

Our 1,000 square foot, newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom Beach Bungalow is located only 200 yards from the ocean and 300 yards to the bay.

2nd Street, the epicenter of dining, shopping and night time entertainment, is a block away.

Easily walk to these locations or less than 5 minute drive to:
Seal Beach and its quaint main street and pier
Downtown Long Beach, with the Aquarium, Queen Mary

Or, easily drive down PCH, visit H. Beach, Bolsa Chica, and Newport Beach.
The space
Our newly remodeled beach bungalow is the perfect spot for a family to come and enjoy the beautiful Long Beach weather and beach activities.

We have 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and a 3rd bedroom with full size bunk beds which can sleep kids or adults.

Guests have access to the full house and our 2 car garage.
Other things to note
Our house is stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy the nearby beaches. We have beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, sand toys, scooter, and 2 kayaks.

If you want to cook at home, our kitchen is fully outfitted with brand new appliances and there is a propane barbecue on the backyard patio.

If you want to relax and watch telly, we have 3, all with cable.

Great stay and amazing location!

We absolutely loved this little bungalow and its proximity to so many wonderful areas of Long Beach. We were just a few blocks from the bay and the ocean, as well as shops and places to eat. The beds were cozy and we had everything we needed for a great stay, including extra fans which helped a lot, as we’re not used to no A/C. Overall, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The place was exactly as pictured. It's a very nice, cozy, and full of warmth place to stay in. The available garage was a huge plus albeit the alleyway was rather tight but doable. Also, take note the garage isn't very deep. My 2026 BMW I5 cleared the garage door by literal inches. Smaller cars should be fine. There's no AC so book during non-summer months. It was plenty comfortable during my stay. Street parking is good and bad depending on time of day. Location is awesome; close to lotsa stuff to do. Neighborhood is nice, neighbors are nice, and quiet at night. Well furnished, plenty of amenities, and well decorated. Overall A for my experience, will book again.

Charming cottage in sweet neighborhood

Stayed for 5 days. The neighborhood is perfect -quaint, charming, nestled a block from the shops and restaurants on 2nd Street, and just a few blocks from the beach. The house is perfectly outfitted and decorated, and the host was very responsive.

Or family of five stayed here and enjoyed the walkability to shops, restaurant’s and the beach. The house was fully stocked and we appreciated the beach towels, chairs and even a wagon to put everything in. Our truck did not fit into the small garage but we never had a problem finding street parking.

The property was more than we expected. The place was really nice and exceeded our expectations. We loved the location since it was close to everything we needed. Beautiful beach bungalow

We have used Vrbo number of times recently, but this cute little property was by far our best experience. The interior is impeccable. The house is cozy, and inviting, the neighborhood is exceptional and it’s within walking distance of great restaurants and activities. Our hosts were accessible and very helpful, and we found everything we needed in the property. We are definitely coming back again!

We are entrepreneurs who love to think of new ideas and refine existing ones. Our son Kenneth is 21 years old and a senior in college.. He is a surfer and water polo player.

Since we own a SAAS (software as a service) company, we are able to work from almost anywhere. We travel at least 2 months a year to all different parts of the world. We have swapped homes the last 2 summers (London and Paris) and loved the experience of living like a local.
