Absolutely wonderful stay for a nearby family wedding! The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable and the hosts are so communicative and helpful! We had no issues at all but they still messaged to check on us and make sure all was well. The house is beautiful and so nice, lots of room to spread out and a nice outdoor space to enjoy too. Would highly recommend!

The entire house was very clean and the property was beautiful. Stephanie, the host, and I communicated extremely well. We were reminded that HOA guidelines precluded us from parking on both sides of the street. My husband and I apologized for any inconvenience the parking issue may have caused the neighbors. All in all, I would recommend the property to others.

Top notch! This home was spacious,CLEAN, and well stocked on every level! The kitchen was gorgeous and had everything you can imagine. We had 8 adults and 3 young children and we enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen and sun room in the mornings with our coffee. The highlight for the kids was the awesome aquarium with tropical fish. Our grandchildren were positive that this was where Nemo and Dory lived!I can’t say enough good things about the welcoming touches provided by Stephanie and Jon. The fresh flowers, grab and go snacks and waters were a thoughtful touch. On that note, I also need to mention how much we appreciated the ease of communication with Stephanie. She was gracious in directing us to blenders to make smoothies and responded immediately when the code stopped working on the entry doors. We had ample towels, bedding and having 3 full baths was especially essential when all 8 adults needed to get ready at the same time for a family event. Plenty of hot water! Yay!!We lacked for nothing except a box of Kleenex when the 4 yr old found out he couldn’t take the fishes home with him! Highly recommend and will stay here again if availability allows!

The kids would absolutely love the holiday seasons in the home. We have a full train, a kids room. Each room has a themed Christmas tree, which means you will find 7 or 8 full trees amongst other exciting joys. Our home is on the tour of homes during the holiday season. Just a thought. It stays booked!

The home was thoughtfully prepared (literally everything you could need)! All the rooms were comfy and plenty of towels, bedding, etc was available. The area was beautiful and well located. Would definitely stay again if we travel with family in the area again.

Zen vibe

We were staying for the womens lacrosse playoffs help at University if Richmond. 4 sets of parents. Our stay was amazing, the house was beautiful, relaxing and felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Just about any destination we needed was close enough so the location was perfect. Highly recommend.

Very nice property. Loved all the different potential "gathering areas" throughout the house. Host very helpful. We communicated a couple of times and it was like talking with an old friend. Could not count the number of vases with cut flowers.

Fantastic stay start to finish. Needed a larger home to house immediate family for my daughter’s wedding in richmond area. Wife arrived a little early…owners were quick to reach out and make arrangements to get inside so wife could knock out some work remotely before the vacation. House was well decorated and had fresh flowers in several rooms. Hallway had a welcome sign and a personal handwritten note also welcoming us. Fridge had complimentary drinks. Candy dishes in several rooms. Plenty of room to spread out…essentially five bedrooms plus living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, sun room and porch. Beautiful neighborhood with plenty of room to park in the cul de sac. Master bath had spacious bathtub with epson salt and oatmeal packets available. Two car garage available…used it for rehearsing father daughter dance. Publix not too far away for food shopping. Excellent owner communication throughout stay. Very much appreciated having the house to make the wedding weekend comfortable and special. Thanks so much!!!

Amazing house, we didn’t want to leave! Super clean, all the amenities. Small touches of candy on bed, cookies and fresh flowers throughout the house were amazing! Our Tudor home is positioned with a lake view. Guest are encouraged to take the five min walk to the lake access. There you will find a walking path and a kids play area. The lake encompasses complete serenity. Mature trees towers over the diverse architecture homes in the subdivision great for exploring.

Well maintained Tudor Home nestled in the trees, high above the subdivision, The home features all the modern upgrades that allows total relaxation. Large rooms with several gathering areas. Each area brings a unique tranquil experience: Speakeasy featuring an 8' oak table for cards and drinks, Fish room features a 125-gallon fish tank and king lounging chairs, Theater room, featuring a 85 inch TV with full surround sound, and large outdoor kitchen featuring a fire pit and fountain.
