This bright and airy flat comfortably sleeps 4 adults, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Located above Java John's Coffeehouse, soon to be the (Lefse Lodege )this is a perfect downtown location. There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen allows for friends to gather and share evenings full of conversation and laughter. Set the table on the large private deck and tell stories from your day's explorations! Also enjoy Vesterheim Norwegian American Museum which is a 1 minute walk away. The space was spacious and lovely. Our hostess had thought of many little details to make our stay there easy and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, the living and dining area were roomy and having two bathrooms was great! I love that the space is located downtown, an easy walk to local shops, Luther Campus and, of course, Whippy Dip! There is a grocery store across the street!No more hotels for me! This little treasure far surpasses a small hotel room with a large price tag. I hope to stay there again

The apartment was so cute and well decorated! It was very quiet, and the deck was a great place for meals and relaxing. You’re right downtown and close to everything! Susie was very quick to respond and the check-in and checkout process were a snap.

Our family had a great stay here. The location was so convenient, clean, spacious. and a treat from the cafe below was a nice perk. I rarely have no complaints and I have zero! Loved it and would stay again. The Saturday morning farmers market across the street was nice too.

Everything was clean and bright! The host was very responsive. The proximity to the museum made this a perfect stay for us! And the Lefse Lodge is downstairs. As guests of the property, we received a complimentary coffee and pastry! The smell from downstairs was incredible.

My daughter and I had an extremely good experience staying at this property. it was well located, close to downtown on a one way street. The home was exceptionally clean and well equipped; the beds and linens were very comfy. There's a great sun porch on the back of the house. We had extremely good weather during our visit so enjoyed using this space. Our hostess was very accommodating and easy to contact.I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice location in downtown Decorah. Very walkable to all the downtown shops and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in both the evening and morning. Check-in was easy and Susie was easy to communicate with.

This property was absolutely perfect! The owners have thoughtfully set up the space and we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic to explore the downtown area and the views from the property are lovely with lots of windows and light. If you like the smell of lefse cooking, you will get free smells from the bakery below.
