Two King primary suites (one with a gas fireplace and soaking tub), a game room with air hockey, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, and a large fenced yard with a basketball hoop, perfect for sledding and snow play. Just 5 minutes from the Village and a short drive to the slopes.



The Space:

LIVING SPACE - Welcome to a cozy and inviting space with dimmable lighting throughout! You'll love relaxing on the leather sofas while enjoying a movie on the 55-inch smart TV. Gather around the large dining table for meals or warm up by the beautiful wood-burning fireplace. There's plenty of comfy seating for everyone!



ROOMS & BEDS - This cabin has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor, you'll find one of two primary suites, featuring a king-size bed, smart TV, workspace, blackout curtains, and a private bathroom stocked with all the towels and toiletries you’ll need. The second bedroom on this floor has a super comfy queen over twin XL bunk bed and access to a full guest bathroom. Upstairs, the second primary suite awaits with a king-size bed, workspace, smart TV, gas fireplace, blackout curtains, noise machine and your very own Keurig coffee station—no need to go downstairs for your morning coffee! The ensuite bathroom has a shower and a large soaking tub where you can unwind and keep the relaxation going.



KITCHEN - The kitchen is a cook’s dream! It’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. You’ll find all the gadgets you need to whip up your favorite meals, from an air fryer and toaster to a Keurig, coffee maker, Ninja blender, rice cooker, fondue pot, and more!



AMENITIES - Upstairs, the game room is all about fun! Enjoy an air hockey table, a giant Connect Four, bar seating, a 55-inch smart TV, and cozy bean bag chairs. Plus, with Spectrum Wi-Fi and extenders placed throughout the cabin, you’ll have a strong and speedy connection everywhere.



OUTDOORS - Step outside to a spacious backyard perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air! There’s an outdoor dining table, Adirondack chairs for lounging, a propane barbecue, a basketball hoop, and a large fenced yard with a deck. The slightly sloped yard is just right for sledding and snow play—great for making family memories!

Guest Access:

Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole cabin, deck and fenced yard are yours. Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway (no garage parking).



The Neighborhood:

Boulder Bay, a tranquil neighborhood within walking distance of the lake, Boulder Bay Park and the marina. The Village is about 5 minutes away, and the slopes are a short drive.



Getting Around:

Walk to the lake and marina. A car is the easiest way to reach the Village and the slopes. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.



Other Things to Note:

The living room fireplace is wood-burning. We don't provide firewood, but Duraflame logs work great. The upstairs primary suite has a gas fireplace. The BBQ is propane; please check the tank before grilling (tank exchange at the Walgreens on Big Bear Blvd). Big Bear has no home trash pickup, so please take trash to the Garstin Rd trash site (41970 Garstin Rd).
