Beach boardwalk is directly in front of home so you don't haul your beach toys down the street to get to the fun. Newly remodeled. This 3/2 offers 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twins New designer decor, 4 HD flat screen TV's and really comfy beds. The King room is a master with it's own full bath, the other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the house and share a full bathroom.

We currently live in the Galveston Texas area. The property, Coastal Exchange, is named after selling our Galveston Bay home and exchanging it for beautiful St George Island. We hope to retire here in the next few years.
Why they chose this property
We chose St George Island because it reminds us of 'Old Florida', no Walmarts or Home Depots, not even a traffic light. The fishing is outstanding and the beaches....well check out the 2012 Sports Illustrated swim suit addition and you'll find some the best photos were taken here on St George Island.
What makes this property unique
Our home is a charming coastal getaway. The beach boardwalk is directly across the street so it's almost the same as being on the beach. The views and the sounds of the ocean had us hooked at hello. We work hard to keep the place in top condition so we know you will have a Clean, well appointed home for your stay.
