Fabulous condo, excellent reviews!! 2 chairs and 1 umbrella (Available Mar-Oct)

Navarre Beach is your perfect vacation destination for so many reasons . . .

First, the unit itself is wonderful (pchav@msn.com with questions). . .
This unit is on the west end of the 7th floor and features 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The Master Suite has access to the main balcony, a king size bed and a 46 inch flat screen TV. The second and third bedrooms also have king size beds, balconies that overlook Santa Rosa Sound and each have a 40 inch flat screen TV. The kitchen is clean, spacious and has everything needed to keep the vacationers happy and well fed. The main living area is filled with comfortable furniture (including a new queen sleeper sofa) and has a 60 inch flat screen TV which is great for a 'night in' of entertainment. Two new ceiling fans provide a cool environment. The living area opens to the huge balcony with the wonderful views of the pier, ocean, the beach and down Santa Rosa island. You also have your own private laundry off the foyer.

Second, the Beach Colony grounds have the best features you will find on Navarre . . .
You can enjoy the largest and newest pool on the beach. If you are feeling a bit guilty about the great food and drink, you can use the air conditioned exercise facility with the new equipment. There is covered parking so your vehicle does not bake in the hot sun.

Third, the Navarre Beach 'community' provides so much to do and enjoy within easy walking distance . . .
There are miles of scenic bike trails accessed right across the street. You have three different, interesting restaurants within an easy walk. If you like the night life, you have live music and adult drinking options also within the same easy walk (maybe easier walking to versus walking back?). There are various water sports equipment rentals across the street at Juana's. And the longest pier in the Gulf is a short trip down the beach, with wonderful sightseeing and exciting fishing options to consider. If you like beach volleyball, there are a dozen lighted sand volleyball courts nearby. And of course you have miles of beach and the beautiful waters of the Gulf to enjoy!

Fourth, the Navarre/Pensacola/Destin area has so much to offer . . .
The list is endless, from great restaurants, to the zoo, to ziplining to snorkeling, to deep sea fishing, to great shopping, to antiqueing, to golfing, to museums, to cinemas and on and on . . .

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Colony Resort!! The pool was very large and clean. The beach was amazing and not too crowded at all. The condo was perfect for our stay, fully stocked kitchen, lots of games and beach toys for young and old. Will definitely stay again!!

The owner of the condo was so easy and prompt to tell with. She had everything we needed and more. The drapes were room darkened for the family members who like to sleep in. The bathrooms had a great amount of towels in each of them. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Most importantly the beds and sofa bed were all very comfortable. Our family would stay there again.

3 king rooms condo on Navarre Beach

Annual holiday vacation for my adult children and their spouses. It was so nice for each couple to have a room with a king sized bed. Clean condo with plenty of cookware and cooking utensils in the kitchen.

Didn’t want to leave!

Had a wonderful time on our family vacation. Manager was great and condo was clean, with everything you would need which is hard to find sometimes with a family of 6. I will rent this unit again.

Navarre Beach Family Vaca

The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. Most beautiful beach I have ever visited and the most hassle free check in and booking I have ever made. We were a party of 3 couples and one child visiting in July. The weather was perfect and loved the location. Navarre Beach does not have the hustle and bustle of a tourist town but is only a 30 min drive from Pensacola Beach and Destin.

Best location!

The condo was so nice and comfortable for our group. With 3 bathrooms each family had their own. The view from our balconies were spectacular. (The large one faced the gulf, the other 2 faced the sound). Had a few questions after we got there and the owner quickly responded. Navarre Beach is quiter and less crowded than Pensacola or Destin. It was perfect for us!

Yearly Summer Vacation

Our stay was wonderful, Polly the owner responed to my questions very quickly , the place was very clean and organized , we love to stay in this condo again and will recommend to friends and family . Polly is very easy to talk to, we asked her to extend our stay for one day and granted it with no hesitation . We had fun and enjoyed our stay . Thank you again Polly for accomodating our request. Great Stay - Amazing Spot

We really enjoyed our time at the beach condo. It was clean, with amazing views from the living room and the main balcony. Unfortunately, the owner filed an insurance claim for broken dryer and armchairs after we left. Although that does not impact us and insurance covers those fully, the fact that a fake claim have been made is rather upsetting, thus the three-star overall rating.

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed the stay at the condo, and I apologized if you felt that you did not break the chair, however I can only go by what my house keeping people report when they clean the condo after each checked out. Many times, they did not catch these broken and missing items and I had to replace many items, it is not a false claim on the insurance, I can only file claims when there are evident of broken items. Unfortunately, I cannot upload the broken photo items here, but I assured you it was discover after checked out on Sept 5th.

Awesome Extended Family Vacation

This was our 1st ever extended family vacation & our grandsons 1st birthday! This condo was very accommodating for 6 adults and 1 one year old. It was just as the pictures depicted it to be. The location was great. This was the first time in years that we have been to the beach and the water be as clear & perfect as it was. Navarre Beach is our favorite beach & this trip did not disappoint. If your going to be in the area and are looking for a place to stay I would highly recommend staying here. Polly was great to work with and was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Overall trip 10/10!!!

A week in paradise!

Amazingly perfect condo equipped with everything we could possibly need or want. Polly was a wonderful host that answered any questions that came up promptly. The views were breathtaking from the balcony and the bedrooms. We could see the ocean and the sound perfectly. The unit was spacious enough that we could all be together when we wanted and enjoy some quiet time away from everyone when needed. The weather was also perfect. The beaches were filled with pure white sand and the emerald waters were so warm and inviting. We will most definitely be back soon!

Location was perfect. On the beach, not too crowded and close enough to places to go eat and grocery shop. Size of the rooms were great, amenities were great! There are a lot of codes to remember though to get in and out of the building itself. Code to enter parking lot, code for entering from walking area to restaurants, code to common area, code to room, all of which are different numbers to remember. There is no public restroom near the pool. You have to go up a floor to get to it.

Beautiful view but condo needs a few improvements

The property and location were outstanding. However there were no beach towels for a beach vacation! We were told to use the regular bath towels which were small. There were no cleaning supplies for the kitchen so we had to buy a bottle of all purpose cleaner for countertops and surface cooktop. 1 trash bag liner in the kitchen- no spare. 1 dishwasher pod for a family of 8 for 7 days. I understand we need to buy supplies beyond the additional allotment but there was 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels. I’ve been renting VRBOs for years and typically you get a few days worth. Furniture was worn and oven makes a lot of noise. Polly did provide dishwasher pods but said we had to get additional trash bags which was very inconvenient since we had to immediately run out and get more trash bags. However the view was very nice and overall we had a great time. We would return to the property but probably a different unit.

Exceeded Expectations

We've stayed at Beach Colony a few times, but this unit was positively delightful in every way. The kitchen is outfitted so well with everything to cook when staying in. Having the beach setup was lovely. And the communication was best we've ever experienced - loved the clear detail for check-in, check-out and accessing everything. Thank you!

Excellent Host

Ms. Polly was an excellent host. She always replied to my emails and helped us out leading up to our check-in. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything. Great location close to the pier so we got to watch the dolphins play throughout the day. Half way thru our stay we had an issue with the dryer and she replied right away and got us help late in the evening. Definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I were looking for the perfect get away and unwind place, love the beach and the ocean. We stumbled upon Beach Colony, feel in love with the place and people. He has since passed away, but I couldn't bring myself to sell our special place that we love so much, the beautiful beach, emerald water, and the amazing sunsets. Hope you enjoy them as much as we had been.

Why they chose this property

We have traveled all over Florida from the Keys to Fort Lauderdale to Naples to Tampa . . . and we haven't found a better combination of natural beauty and all of the amenities and services that one seeks in a vacation.
