Nordic Village Condo Sleeps 8

Welcome to the Moose Mountain Lodge! A super cozy, spacious & updated condo at the popular Nordic Village Resort. Nested in the White Mountains, this ideal central location is close to everything!! 2 mins to Storyland and Jackson and 15 minutes or less to all Mount Washington Valley has to offer including North Conway, Cranmore, Attitash, Wildcat, lots of restaurants, shopping outlets, ski resorts and more! This condo has an open concept layout with no official bedroom. Retreat to the lower level bunkroom that sleeps 8 comfortably w/ 2 brand new bunk beds with a twin on top and a full on the bottom, on one side and a queen size bed on the other side. In between you have a full bathroom w/ shower, kitchen, living room w/ toasty gas stove heater. Step outside the sliding doors onto the back patio and access the beautiful backyard, gazebo, grill & picnic table. This condo is close to all the resort's amenities which include an indoor pool and hot tub, two outdoor pools (one is heated year round), a year round outdoor hot tub, game room (pool tables, ping pong table, fireplace) grilling areas, playground, tennis court and miles of walking trails.

Listing read Entire Home - Sleeps 8. It’s NOT an entire home, but rather a basement apartment that has NO bedroom. 4 bunk beds in one area and then a queen size bed in the kitchen. Yes in the kitchen!! ZERO privacy whatsoever for any adult(s) staying there. NO table to sit at to eat at, but a small couch table with 3 stools. How does a party of more than 3 people eat in this unit? This advertisement was misleading. TV didn’t get many channels.. Jackson NH is beautiful. Nordic Village is nice but this VRBO Unit is below par. Renter be ware !!

It’s so obvious guest never read the description and looked through all of the photos. Even before arriving, guest was complaining about not having a bedroom which he just realized. In the description clearly states “open concept layout with no official bedroom”. The pictures and the description is 100% accurate. We offered guest to cancel with no hassle before arriving and guest completely ignored us. There are hundreds of cable channels and there is a small kitchen table with 4 stools to eat at. We will update the photos to show the small kitchen table with 4 stools that we added. All over the description it states “condo”, not “home”. Again, guest didn’t read the description and didn’t pay attention to all of the details. The description and photos of our unit hasn’t changed and it’s always booked. Unfortunately, this is the only guest we couldn’t make happy and we tried to make it better.
