About this property

Lovely house with gorgeous marsh views!

Wonderful house for all ages. Fully stocked kitchen with counter seating. In addition, the house is equipped with air conditioning on main floor and in each bedroom. The first floor has a sitting room with TV and a pull-out queen size sofa. A separate bedroom with attached full bath has a queen-size bed. This bedroom opens onto a screened-in porch where you can enjoy the marsh views in comfort. The second level has gorgeous views of the marsh with a living room and open-plan kitchen. A deck off of the living room with a gas grill and seating means you can take in the views while having a meal. There is a 1/2 bath and laundry facilities on this level. The 3rd floor has 2 more bedrooms plus a full bath. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other has a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath.

Perfect weekend getaway

This is our first stay at this beautiful home in Wells. My family of seven loved our two day stay at the house. The home was comfortable , clean, modern - great appliances, with a beautiful yard and view of the marsh. Cary was very responsive to any questions I had. A great hostess! Perfect Spot

The house exceeded my expectations! The area was quiet, yet close to everything! The house was clean and beautiful. The view from the deck was spectacular, we saw lots of wildlife in the marsh and the kids enjoyed playing in the huge back yard! We got some rain on our stay but the house had plenty of room for everyone to hang out.

We had a great week staying in this property. Was dead end with big yard and plenty of parking. Air conditioning for very hot days. Beautiful inside. Completely new. Hardwood floors, great kitchen with granite counter tops and fully stocked. Just a great overall vacation home.

This place was everything it said it was. We had an amazing stay here. The house worked out perfectly for us - my fiance and I were on the bottom level with our 17 year old nephew on the top level and the kitchen/dining/living room between the two levels. A bathroom on every floor so everyone had their own space. Beautiful property that had everything we needed available. AC on each level. I loved this house and the setup. The screened in porch on the bottom level was a great place to hangout overlooking the marsh with peaceful bird sounds. Lots of parking available and on a very quiet street. I would highly recommend booking this place. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! 5 stars all around!!!

Beautiful home

The house has everything one would need and is extremely clean. Easy to get to everywhere In Wells and Ogunquit. Cary responds very quickly to any questions you may have. Neighborhood is very quiet, you can actually hear the ocean even though it’s .5 mile away and the view of the marsh and sunsets from the back deck are very nice.

Gorgeous property! We were in town from out of state got a wedding. This was the perfect spot to accommodate our family. The separate bedroom spaces (one with own sitting area/Tv) are ideal. Very clean, nicely appointed. Note to travelers: This house does not provide towels or bed sheets. Luckily we had local family to help us out. Overall a great house!! Short walk to the ocean was lovely.

Wonderful all around!

We were six adults and two children (under 8 years of age) and the house was perfect. It's a beautiful house, well located, very clean with all amenities. We spotted a deer in the early morning on the lawn in front of the house, that has a beautiful view of the marsh. We all thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights and would definitely return. Instructions from Cary were excellent. Thanks for sharing your beautiful house!

Our family has been coming Wells for over 15 years. We purchased our first home here, The Nebraska, 17 years ago and have enjoyed vacationing in it and also rent it out as well. Our four children have grown up coming to Maine and love it here. They continue to return for summer jobs, family vacations, and to celebrate milestones. We are sure that Scoop Deck after dinner, trips to the arcade and family board games will become part of your family's vacation memories as well.

Why they chose this property

The Prescott House sits on an expansive property at the end of Prescott Lane on Moody Point. It has fantastic views of the marsh to the south. It is close to all of the action in Southern Maine yet is it quiet, rural and relaxing.

What makes this property unique

We have enjoyed remodeling this house to make a lovely environment for families. A brand new kitchen with all new appliances has been added. In addition, a new bathroom, screened in porch and balcony are in place. The house also now has central air conditioning. In addition, because The Nebraska and Prescott House are adjacent properties, the option is available to rent both for family reunions. Please inquire if this is something you might be interested in.
