Can’t beat Carillon! Lovely Village by the Sea! Check in process was excellent and the management company was very responsive to our questions / issues. Bikes were a huge plus, and the location is perfect. The house itself needs some TLC and renovation. The interior is aged, and bathrooms and kitchen are in need of an upgrade. Overall a good stay in an excellent location.

The Check In was smooth. The house was clean when we arrived. The house is definitely small and needs an overhaul. The bathrooms are small, master bed was small. 2 adults are crowded. The half bath is like an airplane bathroom and this house was definitely an odd setup. The only shower/bathroom is in front of a glass front door. With teen girls in the house and them having to get ready in the foyer was not idea- NO privacy! We had the company come clean mold, fix light bulbs and addressed the white sofas and rugs were dirty. The wine fridge was leaking and the cabinets need replacing. The floors definitely need some TLC. Blinds in the family room/second floor need to be switched to shutters. The blinds are cheap paper blinds. Disappointed the listing shows a bunk bed- is infact a trundle bed. Great Neighborhood close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful houses. This one just needs TLC yard and inside. NOT ADA accessible.

We really enjoyed in our stay. Beach was at the end of the road, not far at all. We didn’t realize until the last day our place came with a set of chair and an umbrella?Kids loved riding bikes, playing basketball and all the pools!

This home was a great fit for my family! The check-in and check-out process was easy. The location to the beach is just steps away from the boardwalk. Access to 3 different pools all within walking distance, plus extra amenities and shopping. The house photos show a bunk bed in the second bedroom, but it has been changed to a day bed if that is a concern for anyone. All of the cabinets and trim desperately need to be painted, which would make the overall feel of the home much cleaner, and the living room rug definitely needs to be replaced. The master bed is very small. It would be nice if the little attached bathroom was a closet and the wall closets were removed allowing for a larger bed. The full bath is close enough to where to where the small bathroom is really not needed. Overall, though, the home was fabulous and we would absolutely consider booking again!
