Upon Checkout, Please .... Close the garage door and lock all doors before leaving.
Return the keys to the lockbox. Scramble the code so it's not visible for safety and security of our Home.

Wi-Fi was not available the entire extended weekend. This was very frustrating for everyone in attendance. Also the entire home was dated confusing and not fit for a serious family visit.The only use I can see for this house is a fraternity party where nobody cares where they sleep and nobody cares where they shower

The owners tried to bill me 3,000.00 after I had been at the property for two weeks. There was no internet service when I arrived. The owners had to call AT&T to try to arrange internet service. The AT&T rep told me that there had never been service to the property. I was responsible for overseeing the internet install. The electricity in the house is shot! Lights flicker on and off, if they turn on at all. The subfloor is rotted so there are places in the house where you are standing solely on vinyl floor. If there had been another option I would have moved from this house but the owners refused to give me a refund and kept my security deposit for no reason.
